I booked an appointment with a tattoo artist named ***** ***** who works at ****** ******* I was told I had to pay a **** deposit and I complied. I went on ****** *** **** for the tattoo. The tattoo artist did not have me read or have me sign ANY policies or consent forms. The tattoo artist also did not tell me how much the tattoo would be and randomly gave me a price of ****** for the tattoo and I zelle exact amount to the tattoo artist. I waited for the tattoo to heal and reached out to the tattoo artist and expressed I noticed mistakes with the tattoo and was dissatisfied with the work. The tattoo artist said I would've had to say something after *** weeks to receive a ******* However, the tattoo artist never disclosed this information prior to doing the tattoo and had never given me or had me sign any agreements to the business policies or consent forms stating this. The tattoo artist instead blamed me and said there was nothing that could be done.Business response
