I leased office space with myspace.com at ***********************************************************************. They falsely claimed they had refunded my retainer $2664 when the lease ended. Profile pictures, cover photos and pictures in posts can no longer be uploaded. The website says "uploads are temporarily disabled". Temporarily? It's been over a year and nobody has responded to any of my requests under their "help" section. I've submitted requests regarding this starting about three months after this took place, which I believe was April 2022 and not one response. My request that was opened now only goes back to June of this year but I've been asking about this since last year. Can someone please fix the website so we can upload pictures, cover photos and pictures to comments? It seems like nobody is running this website. If I knew how, I'd fix it myself. I'd like pictures to be able to be uploaded onto the website (posts, profiles pictures, cover photos, etc.). Music could probably be updated too since there are so many new artists today but my main complaint right now is pictures not being able to be uploaded and no response for months and months.Initial Complaint

I was notified that my Myspace account was breached. I filled out their account recovery form. I have sent multiple messages to recover & delete my account over the past few months. I haven't gotten any responses from them to get it deleted. My name is still being used on Myspace.Initial Complaint

I have filed multiple requests with ******* and have not received any feedback or help. I have an account on ******* from about 10 years ago that I need deleted. I do not know what the e-Mail address associated with the account is so I cannot retrieve a password. I have processed two requests to ******* and have not heard back. The URL associated with my account is showing up in the search engine on ****** and is not appropriate or something I would like to have out to the public. I can provide proof of identity and am willing to get a legal team involved if I need to, but really I would just like a member of ******* to help me address this.Business response

I have been trying to access my old ******* account to access important pictures. My original email was under "***************************", but I am not sure how I would do a password recovery on a ************** email. I have deleted my MySpace account, however, when searched on Google the page still seems to be active. I would like the page to be permanently deleted off of the website. *******************************Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/05/24) */ We never received a request from this person so I reached out letting them know, deleted content will still show in Google search because Google caches search results, which means that deleted content is still visible and searchable. Until Google updates its search index to reflect the recent change, links to the profile and images will still be available. Links to deleted content will return an invalid page error. I reached out letting them know the steps I can take during this stage since the content is not showing on Myspace longer but rather a third party site.
