Nurecover advertises a 90-day money back guarantee but says that the product must be unused and unopened. I am un happy with the product as it takes to long to heat up. I purchased a steam sauna from this company in March 2024 their website offers a 90 day moneyback guarantee. When I used the system for the first time the plug overheated and melted the plug and the receptacle. This is a serious safety hazard, and could have started a fire in my home the outlet that was plugged into is damaged, I called the company for a refund based on the 90 day moneyback guarantee they stated that I could not get a refund because the product had been turned on. This company falsely advertises health benefits of their steam sauna which are unattainable at the temperatures in which their sauna reaches. (*******F degrees). Had I know that prior to purchase I would not have purchased this item, however based on the false claims from their website of what this sauna could offer I purchased it.Once I received it and did a little research to find out that the benefits they claim cannot be obtained at the temperatures in which their sauna reaches (the temp needs to be *******) I reached out to them for a full refund. They informed me that I would have to pay for return shipping which will be extremely expensive based on the size and weight of the item. If the product performed to the standards that they advertise it I wouldn't need to return it. Because I purchased this product based on false advertising from the company I don't feel I should be held responsible for losing money on this transaction in the form of return shipping fees.I would like a full refund and I would like them to substantiate the inaccurate claims on their website.Initial Complaint

Ordered a sauna from their company. Arrived. Its barely gets warm and water gets everywhere. It made a mess. Company advertised 90 day money back guarantee. Ordered a product on 2/13/24 based on 90-day money back guarantee. Product was not as expected and initiated return on 2/27/24. Return was authorized on 2/28/24 and I followed up requesting a return label as I did not think I would have to pay for return shipment due to fact that their website's product page said "If you are unhappy, we'll help you with the return and refund you."After 3 additional inquiries, they pointed to a link on their site about their return policy. This was a different page on their site and the product page did not make any mention of their return policy. It cost me over $100 to ship the items back and I would like it refunded.Additionally, their email to me indicating their return policy included pages of message threads and attachments from other dissatisfied customers. I am very concerned over how they are safeguarding the information of their customers.Initial Complaint

01/14/24 I placed an order in the amount of $374.00 for a sauna and ice bath combo. When checking out the wrong from of payment was used. I immediately contacted their customer support team and they said that order was cancelled and it would be 2 weeks before I could see a refund. I then placed another order. I waited 4 weeks and messaged them again on 02/05/24 and was told to be patient and that they would escalate my issue and keep me updated. I have not heard from them since and still havent received my refund as of 03/14/24. The second order I placed has already been paid off ON TIME, but I am still left seeking my funds.Initial Complaint

I placed an order accidently and immediately contacted NuRecover to cancel -- within minutes of placing the order. Order was placed Sat, Jan 20, 10:05AM I contacted to cancel the order Sat, Jan 20, 10:06AM I received a reply at Sun, Jan 21, 11:05PM informing me they may not be able to cancel My shipment was not shipped until Wed, Jan 24, 2:53AM I have received and requested a return, to which I am being told I need to purchase a return label.Further, I now have found out the transaction was an international transaction and I have been charged additional fees from my bank - this was not disclosed at checkout.Initial Complaint

NuRecover's website glitched and charged me twice for an order. On seeking to cancel the mis-charge, I was given no resource and the charge went through. After receiving the items, I attempted to make a return of one of the items. Despite the website claiming a 90-day money back guarantee, they will not offer return labels for the item. Summarized, I was charged twice and am now being held responsible to pay for the mistake.
