  Cider was supposed to deliver something through ontrack. They repeatedly indicated that they attempted delivery and no one was home. We were home . They lied. We had to seek refund from cider. They did give a refund but we will not order from cider agat

  Cider falsely advertises fast "flash" shipping, and it is anything but. I don't know what kind of carrier they use, but it is literally the slowest thing ever. My package has been out for delivery for over 2 days now. It is already been 5 days past the promised delivery date and Cider support is extremely unhelpful. They refuse to even give free returns for such a long delay.

  Took almost a month on what should have been 2 week shipping. I like the quality of cider clothes but I will never do business after this last terrible transaction. I've been scammed with points and promos, That never go towards anything. I like transparency in a company, I thought this was American... It's not. It's coming straight from *********. I wanted to do all that I could have just did temu at a fraction of the cost. They have no customer service number, And it takes forever to get somebody on the chat assistant. They have not tried to right this wrong or even offered me a discount. Do yourself a favor and just pass..

  The customer service is so poor. I've been using buying from them for over a year and was promised a full refund on the two items I needed to return, only to be told that I either needed to return the items that actually fit me and were worn (they do not take returns for items that have been worn) or take the 30% Refund that I never even selected. I've been talking to customer service for over a week and they keep going in circles, telling me the same things over and over again. It's so exhausting and disappointing.

  ***** keeps going around and around with my return request after I reported that the item I received has a completely different colors than the pictures. Even though they offer "Free Returns" on the website, they would attempt to offer you 30% of the item price as store credit, not refund! And when you chat with the rep, if you don't respond right away, the rep will pretend to ask that you haven't responded so they'll disconnect.

  I bought a top that looked like a crop top but longer. I wear it as a bra. Its tiny. I bought a corseted hoodie that looked like it had corset boning in it but it did not. I loved the look I almost bought it in two other colors but I decided to see how the first item turned out and didnt go back for a second order. The hoodie is cute and wearable, although short, but most hoodies have a finish at least on the inside of the hood, and this hoodie does not. Its a very thin hoodie. I also bought this cropped sweater with ribbon ties on the sides which is a joke. It barely covers the chest, so I undid the ribbons to see if I could salvage it and I cannot. I cant give it to my niece because its super wide but still too short for her little body. I still go to the website once in awhile when a huge sale! pops up and I just shake my head because so many items look amazing but I know most things would not be worth it. Im artistic and I love fashion, and I want to believe these items are as awesome as advertised -still-, and thats easy pickings for these companies. Falsely advertise cheap products, exchange for money, move on to the next and repeat.

  I spent over $200 on clothes. I ended up not liking all of them and wanted to return some. They would not allow me to return them, and instead gave me a partial refund in the form of store creditthen when I FINALLY was ready to use my store credit, they said it had expired.
