    At the beginning of March I placed my first order through an e-commerce retailer that apparently uses uniuni. After having my package be delayed due to them losing it at some point- I had been eagerly awaiting it. I had been showing other people pictures of my order, so excited because I really needed the clothes. It was approximately 250 dollars worth of stuff. On 3-17-25 I receive an email at 9:25am that my delivery package had been delivered. I even remember seeing the the car out front - and thinking cool I am so excited! I was right in the middle of getting ready for work, so I went and got dressed and ran out to get the package. It was no where to be found. On the door, we have a big sign that states place packages inside door its a mudroom that has the front door within a little room. The driver did not place the package in the appropriate place - and the fact that it completely disappeared within just 15 minutes leads me to believe that the driver must of stolen the package. I have lived here for 2 years, and typically packages can sit out front for a while and we have never had porch pirates steal our things. At the very least it is negligence of the driver not following directions - at the very most I was the victim of a a driver who is using their employment as an opportunity to steal from community members. Based on other complaints, I think that uniuni is a scam and that this is common practice for them.After reaching out online, I have seen several complaints of people having uniuni stealing their packages. I have left a negative review and filed a customer service ticket online- I have not heard back. The company I placed the order for will not refund me due to proof of delivery. I am filing a police report.

    Bought Dietworks Cider Trim Apple Cider Vinegar 120 pill supplement. Took it in morning. Within same time got reflux every time I tried it. Had been losing weight consistently up until taking it. Started gaining weight. Made nights miserable. Reflux and weight gain stopped. Started losing weight once I stopped using product. Bought product mid April 2024. Have been mostly eating low carb lifestyle. These pills stopped ketosis from occuring. Low carb is only diet that has worked for me. 14 months ago I was 330 pounds. Now 274 and losing again since stopped these pills

    This company now seems to be using an unknown delivery company called UniUni which has not been providing me with updates of my packages and delivery instructions. I also never get my packages when unknown carriers deliver them. Because of this and the fact that ** leaving the country in less than 2 weeks, I chose express shipping for my latest package delivery. This morning I get an email once again saying the unknown company will be delivering my package and the arrival date it set to the time in which I will be gone out of the country. It seems that Cider automatically switched my delivery preference without notifying me at all. So now I will not be in ******* the dates in which the package is set to arrive - and these items were specifically ordered for my trip. I need this order cancelled and resent to me EXPRESS.

    I made an order from shopcider.** in December, 2023. I returned several items using the return label they sent me. Unfortunately I forgot two of the items so returned them using the process whereby you pay for the shipping. I used *********** to ship. I wrote my return address on the label. I printed and inserted the Authorization receipt for the return (as given to me by Cider) into the package. The website requested a tracking number, with the following warning: "Please submit your return tracking information on Order Detail page, otherwise we might not be able to issue refund in a timely manner." I lost the tracking number so figured there would be a delay. Waited 3 weeks and then asked via online chat for an update. The chat said I would not receive a refund due to no tracking number. Offered me a partial refund (credit). I said I would escalate to ***************** They responded to the email saying they would not give a refund period without the tracking number. Requesting help with a resolution as they are not responding any longer to my emails. Their stated website policy (which indicates delayed refund) is not the same as their actual policy, which is to deny the refund without a tracking number. This seems like stealing to me.

    I ordered two pairs of sunglasses from Cider.I never received the sunglasses and, in my Cider apps tracking of these items, they were returned to ***** after not being shipped with the appropriate documentation, according to FedEx.Im requesting a refund for these products.

    I placed an order on their online shop, this would be my 3rd order, I hadnt had issues before this. The order #********** was shipped on 8/4 and worth $217. It was marked delivered by **** (which is also awful and unhelpful) on 8/10/23, however it was not here and I checked everywhere, I even gave it a few days before emailing cider. I emailed them and they are having me do a claim with **** and wait 2 weeks. I have already done this and done it on the past, it does not help. I explained this to them. They will not give me my refund. I will not stop until I get my refund. Its the companies responsibility (the shipper) not the recipients-to go searching for the package. They are trying to make me wait and dissuade me from getting my money back and that is not going to work.
