I signed up for this company7/16/2024 because they advertised that they offer merchant payment services where clients can utilize ****** and afterpay. Upon signing up I reached out in the chat to customer service to see about afterpay and kalrna because I did not see the option for my clients to use such services. They told me that I had to process a couple payments and that option would be added. I immediately told them that I wanted to cancel the same day and I wanted a refund since it was within a hour. They agreed and I exited the chat. A few days later I logged back in and tried to get on the chat to ask about my refund because ai had never received an email and it told me that since I no longer had a paid subscription, I couldn't chat with them. I looked online for a number online and the number on this BBB website is an invalid numver. A month later I saw that they had took another $108 from my account. I immediately called my bank and they opened a claim but the claim was overturned because I did not have any email saying that it was cancelled which they never sent one. The followind month they took another$108. Called my bank same thing. Today they took $108 again. So I called the bank and cancelled the card because I had previously put a stop payment but they took the payment using an anonymous name. This company is a fraudulent company. I suggest that no company gives them their banking information because they are criminals. What kind of company is still in business that illegally takes funds from bank accounts that has no customer service unless you purchase a subscription

    - Company Name: Payyit Inc.- Transaction Amount: Over $2,100 - Initial Transaction Date: 05/22/24 - Date of Complaint: 06/13/24 Complaint Description:On 05/22/24, Payyit Inc. processed and settled our first batch of transactions. We have continued to process transactions with them totaling over $2,100 in recent weeks. We were informed that the payout would be received after 7 business days. However, nearly a month has passed, and we have yet to receive any payouts.Despite multiple attempts to communicate with Payyit Inc. over the last 5 business days via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels, we have not received any response. Furthermore, as of today, 06/13/24, my access to the customer support chat on their website has been disabled, indicating that Payyit Inc. has no intention of addressing our concerns or releasing our funds. This situation is particularly disappointing as we have had positive experiences with Payyit Inc. in the past, having worked with them on and off for the past couple of years. We request immediate assistance in resolving this issue and receiving the outstanding payouts.Desired Resolution:We request Payyit Inc. to release the pending payout of over $2,100 immediately and restore communication to address any further concerns.

We used Payyit to process a clients payment on March 28, they held the funds past the 10 day ***** then proceeded to ignore me until I kept texting, chatting and emailing every contact information I had. Their customer service is beyond rude and unprofessional. I processed the refund for my client April 10th since they were not releasing the funds to service my client. Today is May 30th and my client still has not received her funds. I had my client process a chargeback and Payyit is actually fighting the chargeback to not give my client their funds back EVEN AFTER I PROCESSED THE REFUND since they were not releasing the funds for me to service my client. I have emailed their legal department 3 times with no response. Have also emailed their support team and no response. Have also tried logging in to chat but they suspended my account. I need my client to get their refund asap. Can supply screenshots of clients transactions and also of the non deposit if needed.

I can't get ANY response from this company which has held $5,000 of my client's money for over 8 days now will ZERO response from their customer service team. I've texted, I've opened several chats daily, I've sent DMs on Instagram, and this company refuses to message me back to explain what is going on. I see now why the other comments are terrible. Worst part is, I tried refunding the client in full to process their payment with one of our other processors and guess what... You can't refund your clients without contacting "customer service". The same people who will not respond under any circumstance. To make matters worse, I have the top tier membership with this company that boasts "24/7 customer service"... If they treat their top clients this way, I don't want to think of how they treat the people with lower account levels. I will be contacting the ************************* my attorney, and reporting this behavior to every review platform on the internet as well as our ******* channel until this is resolved.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Payyit, a company that advertises no-credit-check financing on social media platforms, specifically in relation to my recent experience with their services.I signed up for Payyit's services based on their Instagram advertisement promising no-credit-check financing options. However, upon upgrading to their $81.00 plan, it became apparent that the advertised financing was misleading. Payyit's supposed no-credit-check financing is facilitated through PayPal BNPL, which actually requires credit checks. This misrepresented information led to significant inconvenience and contradicted their initial promise.Additionally, my privacy concerns were grossly violated as Payyit's branding was prominently displayed all over their forms, compromising the confidentiality of the financial information I was required to provide. Moreover, the company's communication methods were highly insecure. The majority of interactions occurred through unsecured text messages, including exchanges with the underwriter. As someone well-versed in online security measures, I found this mode of communication to be unacceptable and risky for sharing sensitive financial information. To exacerbate matters, I faced continuous difficulties accessing my account, even after requesting cancellation. Despite being informed by a Payyit representative that the login issue was due to the account being "case sensitive," resetting my password did not resolve the problem. Eventually, I was coerced into allowing a representative to create a password for me via text, further undermining the platform's security measures. In conclusion, Payyit's misleading advertising, privacy breaches, and inadequate security measures have led to a profoundly unsatisfactory experience. I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate these practices and take appropriate action to ensure that other consumers are not subjected to similar deceptive tactics and compromised security.

This company advertised very misleading packages for their services and charged me for services not rendered. I signed up for the cheapest packages as I was advised to do by the associate and paid $47 and was told I would be approved and can upgrade later when I have more clients. After I signed up and paid they then continued to message me and email me saying that my application was denied because I needed to upgrade to the higher package but the never refunded my money. I asked them to refund my money since they denied my application. Payyit merchant services refused. I was unable to use the package I signed up for because they said I I had to upgrade. After constant failed attempts to make me upgrade, they finally said they were cancelling my subscription I never knew I had because they rejected the previous application. Then the next day I found out they charged my account for an additional $27 after they said my subscription (I didnt know I had) was cancelled. When I contacted them about it to refund my money a second time they refused saying I could not get a refund as their company does not allow it.
