    My order was on hold due to my CC suspected it being fraudulent so I used a different card and resubmitted the order and it said confirmed. However upon checking on their website order status it said it is on hold so I contacted nobadays and they say it was good. The conflicting status is worrying me. A few days later I tried to contact them again because its nearly a week and still status has not change its still on hold though the Credit card already shows as charged. No shipping confirmation, no email confirmation. No one has responded on any of my attempt to resolve the issue. Its terrible customer service which they only offer a chat and its usually automated response. The physical store in LA also could not help you because they say the online store and their warehouse is separate from them.
