Hello! I purchased a blouse from **** THALHEIMER in the amount of $259. After I made the purchase the merchant informed me it would cost $150 to ship the item to me. That is an egregious shipping cost. I regularly make purchases and have never paid anywhere close to the amount. I assumed the $259 I paid for the item covered shipping since at no time was I informed there would be additional charges and certainly not in ths amount. I subsequently purchased a pre-paid fed ex label and sent it to the merchant in order to ship the paid item. The item has not yet been shipped, despite the fact that it was paid for on 4/12 via zelle. I told the merchant to either cancel the purchase and issue a refund, or simply attach the prepaid ***** label I sent her, so that ***** could pick up the item and ship it to me. Either of those options seemed entirely fair and easy to do. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to contact the merchant with these options, she has not responded. Nor has she shipped the item or issued a refund. I even offered her a third option to send it to my husband's law firms office in **************, and I would arrange to have it shipped to ** from there. I would assume the shipping cost within the state would be much less expensive, but again no response, no merchandise and no credit.Please help me!!!! This merchant has engaged in deceptive, unethical, and illegal actions by keeping my payment but not shipping me my merchandise. I am attaching for you here an image of the zelle payment made on 5/12 in the amount of $259 to *********************, who the merchant asked me to send the funds to. I greatly appreciate your assistance and just want an equitable resolution!!! She can either return the money or ship the paid merchandise.I would hate for other potential buyers to face these circumstances and feel it is my responsibility to inform you of this deception and immoral act.Thank you!
