      I ordered only one pair of socks but received five and was charged for all. It took forever to receive a response from them on how to return them and get a refund, only to be informed that I had to pay postage to send them back. They misrepresent themselves. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

      I placed TWO orders with this company. When I track the **** tracking it states it was delivered. But that is for only ONE order. When I try to track the other order, it gives me the same tracking number! Additionally, it states it was delivered but I must go to post office to find where it is because it DID not Make it to my house. The company is not even acknowledging two orders but only gives me one tracking number. I would give them a ZERO rating if I could

      On May 23, 2025, I purchased a pair of their socks. I only wanted one pair to try out before I ordered any more. On their confirming email, it showed an additional four pairs of socks which I had not ordered. Sounds like what other people said in their reviews that I just now read. I immediately contacted the company through email, before any socks could have been shipped. They have not responded to my email except to say they want to send me some other complimentary thing that I also don't want or need. There have been two charges to my credit card--one for one pair of socks, and a separate charge for the other four pairs that I had not ordered. BEWARE--DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

      As specified on the website, I ordered the Large socks for a men's size 9-15 shoe.I wear a size 9 shoe, but I could put the sock on my foot above my toes. They are very narrow and do not stretch in the width, only the length. They do not make anything in a larger size.Customer service will not accept returns. This is a scam.

      I ordered ONE pair of socks to try. Within one hour I received an email thanking me for. Y order OF FIVE PAIRS OF SOCKS, for $60 + dollars. I followed their instructions for canceling the order. They sent me an email saying how sorry they were, and how disappointing it must be, but no, they can't cancel the order. Very crooked practices. Total scam.

      I ordered a pair of compression socks from Sooth Relieve. I received 6 pair and was charged three times on my bank card. Once for $60.91 and once for $17.87 & for $15.95. Since they fraudulently took $$ from my bank card, I dont want to do business with them. They are crooked! I have gotten nothing but the run around.

      I ordered your compression socks Request *******. I sent the socks back on 1/24/2025 after contacting you that they were too small and wanted a ********** said "you are responsible for resolving the issue and issuing refund if necessary. Have back up text to back up all correspondence going to you and ******** Have no idea what you were saying and continued to contact you and ******. January 15, 2025, I was told "chargeback process with your bank or credit card issuer, we are unable to process a refund from our end, regardless of the outcome of the chargeback. I then wrote and sent back the ********* have continuously not sent back my refund and I have tracking number to prove they went back to you and all correspondence sent to you and ******, I want my refund back. This is very disappointing and not business like at all. I did not keep your merchandise and paid from my own pocket to send them back. The lease you can do is sent my refund back to me. Thank you.

      They charged me for more than I ordered. When I contacted them they told me I would need to pay five dollars to start a return. I would also be charged for shipping the socks back to them, even though I never ordered them. After reading other reviews this is something that many others have had happen to them.
