This product did not work from first shipment. I have tried numerous times to cancel this subscription I was unknowingly signed up for and which they make it near impossible to get canceled. They have taken me for well over $200 at this point. Absolutely ridiculous and non-existent customer service.Business Response

I ordered a prescription from Scoreblue to try the product and evaluate the quality and effectiveness. I planned a one time purchase no auto fill. I was disappointed in the effectiveness of the medication and planned to never order again. I was sent another prescription a few months later and the website gives me no option to cancel. I mainly want to cancel auto fill. I would appreciate a refund on the last auto fill, but more importantly I would like confirmation from the company of cancelation of services.Business Response

I closed my account first of April 2025 by calling customer service. A automatic shipment was already shipped. I asked customer service what I needed to do to get my refund because I didn't want the product being shipped. I was told that when I received the product I was to write on the unopened package "not needed " "return to sender ". Then place in mail. I was told it would take one to two weeks to receive the refund. It has been a month and still no refund.Business Response
