              Someone has to shut this place down. This has been a complete cluster cuss!! As I know it is buyer beware, I still feel violated when someone has stated expectations online and doesn't fulfill from their side. BEWARE!!!

              Ordered a gift for Mother's day on 4/19/2024 and as of 5/13 it's still not even "produced" yet. Their website says it should be much quicker!!! Do not order here.

              Terrible company. Never shipped product and then wouldnt refund my full order. Said their policy is to only refund half the cost. Bunch of thieves.

              I ordered my mother a Mothers Day gift one month ago and Ive yet to receive this product and when emailing the company, they claim its still in production. When I ordered the product, it said 5 to 8 days for shipping.

              I ordered a gift for my Aunt and they shipped the breakable item in a bag. It broke in transit. They tried to offer me a 20% refund to fix the item myself. I declined and then they offered to send a replacement outer frame and then we could slip the insert into it ourselves. I said okay to be done with it but now they are taking forever to send that out. I just asked for a full refund to be done with situation so well see how they respond now. Terrible service and quality.

              I have received a flawed puzzle photo from them and can not get a response because that information is not on their website now that I made the purchase and received my product which took over 3 months to get to me but they got their money right away. I didnt realize all the remarks in the BBB before landing and purchasing from this website or I wouldnt have.

              I canceled my order right after I placed it , after reading the reviews. They took the money out of my account twice. It will not only be reported as spam, but I will file a police report.

              Horrible customer service. Horrible products. The product was not printed as advertised. Was supposed to read, Grandmas Garden, but they sent me the finished product Grandmas gar. And the smell of the chemicals gave me a headache. They refused to refund me for their error. Then they wanted me to pay to send everything back to ***** for a refund. DO NOT buy from this company.

              I am only giving them 2 stars because I received my product and for the most part it is beautiful. However, I paid 120$ for it and it came damaged and the word mom was dead center of the piece and I did not ask for the word mom to be on it. Customer service said they would refund me 10 % when I said that wasn't acceptable they told me I could fix it myself and have yet to respond to me again. I purchased this piece as a birthday gift for my grandmothers 90th birthday. I wish I could post pictures.
