I hate this company!!!!?? KICKS CREW sell fake, inauthentic, unverified sneakers! I wouldn't give a star to KICKS CREW for no amount of money!!!! This company can't pay me to give them a star! They have the nerve to have verification tags on the sneakers. For what?! $35?? Who's verifying?! I can't even return or get my $294 refunded because I cut the tag off, thinking the sneakers were authentic! I watched the ******* videos afterwards!??????? I am beyond ******, I feel like sailing a rowboat over there to shove these sneakers in somebody's face and really say some other stuff???????? I hope this business fail! GO BANKRUPT! You are all frauds from the beginning to the end! KICKS CREW use false advertisement. Now, if KICKS CREW disclosed they sell fakes or replicas, that's another story. They selling the fake sneakers at the market prices! How am I suppose to know they are replicas at that price?! This company is disgusting to a real sneakerhead! Learn from me, don't waste your money unless you don't mind wearing replicas ????????? ?? By the way....I could not submit this review unless I gave 1 star. Do NOT USE! Terrible customer service. I havent received my order and I only get tracking updatesthat do NOT update. $251.00 and Im out my money. I only want my refund back. I want my refund. This is a terrible company and I highly suggest NOT using them.Review from Matthew T

Not worth the hassle! They were having a back to school promotion with code BTS15 to get $15 taken off if it met the following criteria: minimum amount of $80. Here is their email verbatim I received when asking about why the code wouldn't work: "Thank you for choosing KICKS CREW.Thank you for providing the details. The BTS15 code is only applicable to orders where the total amount is $80 or more. If the size you selected does not meet this minimum requirement, the discount code will not apply.If you need further assistance or have other questions, please let us know!"The details I provided were that the shoes were pictured on their promotion and they totaled $100. When I selected a different size, it accepted the coupon and I shared screen captures to prove what appeared to be a technical issue. I followed up again but had not heard anything from them.Regardless of the terrible customer service where they clearly didn't read the issue and gave me a canned email answer, I would not order from them...they want $70 to ship the shoes and this does not include taxes or duties! I would recommend staying away from them based on my experience.Review from Lori T

If I could leave 0 I would. This place is a scam. They literally didnt update my order for 13 days and when I inquired they sent some automated response that told you to look at your order on their site for more information. When I still didnt get a response for 13 days to an update about my order they took 25 % of my money to cancel it for nothing. Absolutely nothing in return. Then they wouldnt allow a negative review on their site and tried to bribe me with the rest of my money to take down my negative comment on trustpilot. They tried to bribe me with the remainder of my money to keep negative reviews off their site. I will keep my review everywhere because not one more person needs to be ripped off by this companyReview from Theresa P

I ordered shoes from them 16 days ago and they are yet to ship. I have inquired multiple times and the only response I get is that your order ships 7 - 10 days from ship date. Do not order from this website. They are a scam.Review from Shauna C

After we ordered a $70 shipping charge was added. My son ended up cancelling the order (without my knowledge) because it said it would be refunded. After he hit cancel it said it will only give you 25% back or your money back in a gift card. The gift card came without the shipping amount even though it hadnt even been processed yet. He ordered the other pair he wanted instead and when They finally arrived *** was at the door demanding $70 for the shipping. They are trying to tell me its for duty but I buy thousands of dollars worth of items from the ** for our business and only pay $11 each time for import fees etc. The $70 is the full shipping fee in which I had already paid them! Ended up costing me $400 for shoes that would be less than $200 anywhere else.Review from Eric S

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Worst shopping experience I ever had. After waiting 2 weeks for my order, I got the shoes from *****? Literally had 5 of same pairs I got from new balance store before in ***. The ones I got from kicks crew literally started coming apart after I wore them a handful of times and had less than 10 days. The entire outside coating was peeling off. Contacted them about this. Wow. Where do I start. They said I needed to keep the tags on, if I wanted a return. The tags they are referring to are tags they hang on to indicate they have been expected by them which is bs. Obviously they are fake. So, what person keeps tags on items and wears them, in case there is an issue. Completely absurd policy and a total scam. Avoid at all costs.Review from Larae A

They are down right awful, I ordered a pair of $300 sneakers and I waited the full 10 days and never got an update on my order. I reached out to cancel my order and received the refund and they want to try to take 25% for nothing These people are complete scam. Do not buy from them.Review from Marie Q

An absolute scam. I ordered **** shoes and not only were they fake, they had also been worn and had a dirty bare footprint inside. Do not buy anything from Kicks Crew (more like Kick S**** their customers).Review from DAN W

I ordered shoes from this scamming a** company kicks crew, and let me say if your thinking about ordering from them.. DONT! They stole $200 from me I ordered an expensive pair of shoes over $600, the shoes ran small so I couldn't wear them so I returned them to exchange for a larger size, they gave me a time frame I never heard back from them then when I reached out they gave me the run around and at that point I requested a refund and the seller was very unprofessional... To take $200 of my money and I don't have anything to show for it, is crazy they had their shoes back and refused to respond to my refund request they only wanted me to purchase a new pair and they would credit me towards the new pair.. the unprofessional made me not want to purchase from them again and they got to keep my $$$ how is that fair? I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN! if you want shoes don't fall for their price because you will pay for it in the end all the horrible reviews are very much true this company is scam and should be investigated by the Fed's...
