1/18/2024. I ORDERED 5 OF THE SAME HOODIE JUST DIFFERENT COLORS. 4 OF THEM WERE 2XL AN 1 L. TOTAL WAS ****** DOLLARS. I PAID IN FULL. THEN ON 1/19/2024 ****** DOLLARS WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT I HAVE CALLED, E MAILED , WITH NO RESPONSE TO WHY THE ****** WAS TAKEN FROM MY ACVOUNT. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK. On 10.05 order #********* I ordered 2 pieces of clothing from bflyla. It said it was being shipped out on 10.07, even though one of the clothings release date wasn't until 10/24. I realized the item said it was going to be delivered but never moved. I contacted the business owner via dm about the problem I was having and she got an attitude. I am a very respectful person so her attitude was unnecessary given the circumstances I wanted to know did she really send the package out. It's unfortunate because my friends recommended her and now they'll no longer be doing business with her due to her rude response. It is now November 1st my issue is not resolved and I still have not received a package. This was my first time ordering from here and it would never happen again.Business response

As you can see in the screenshot from ********* the package was given to **** sooner than her delivery date. ****************************** Anyone can check the tracking themselves. **** has ****** package. I also would like to let ***** know that she just put all of her personal information on a public platform. Now your name address and email address is available to anyone who sees this...
