    I placed an order with this company not realizing I was signing up for a subscription. I wanted to try the product. I was charged a second time (June 13) $40. I didnt even receive a product. I have reached out to the company several times and have not heard back. They say returns are available on their site. When I attempt to login to find my account it says it doesnt recognize my email. I have received advertising emails from this company since then.

    Over a year ago, began using MUD/WTR, bought roughly a years worth of product, in 90-day packs, as well as individual 30-day rations. Also bought one 30-day supply of the nighttime mushroom coffee, which also contains the Reishi mushroom.

    I have a subscription with MUD/WTR at ******************** and I cannot login. I have tried different browsers and devices. They do not have a phone number of email address. I need to make changes to my account's subscription and I am unable to reach them.

    I have been trying to cancel this subscription since February of this year and it just takes me in circles. I have multiple emails of me asking them to do this and it has not been resolved yet. They continue to charge and send out product when I clearly do not want this product anymore. Not happy with the product or their service. They continue to send out a link that just keeps you going in circles so you can not stop your subscription, I will not ever use there service nor will I promote it to friends either.

    Signed up for a subscription for mudwtr rest.. Decided to to try the *******,sweetener, and boost (single pack of each) and was sent 2or 3 of each and was charged for all of them.. I was shocked so I went to site and canceled online.. i recently received another package today form mudwtr charging me 160 worth of products.. I have so much of their products I'm angry I didn't order them .. worst of all they won't reply

    I reached out on October 24th 2022 to cancel my subscription and get a refund on my most recent, unexpected delivery of mudwater. They replied and evidently ignored my request to cancel the automatic subscription. They continued to charge me and I reached out again on 12/22 and asked to cancel my auto subscription again. Finally I reached out a third time in January and demanded they turn off my auto subscription and get a return label. ******** replied and said I only reached out on 12/22/22 after the most recent shipment had gone out. I had to reply with evidence that I in fact reached out months prior. They have charged me for multiple months already

    I have been trying to reach their "subscription management" page in order to change one of my product to another they introduced recently. I have been sent through a loop to enter my email in order for MUD/WTR to send me a log in link. The link they send leads to a broken page and repeats over and over. At this point i want to cancel my subscription completely and they will not provide me with a link to do so. Intentionally looping me through non functional urls. If i don't receive email confirmation for them canceling my subscription and charged from this point on i will file their action as fraudulent activity. They are now stealing my money intentionally. i will have to contact my bank and report them and cancel the card on file in their business.

    I ordered a product and I realized I didn't want it anymore. I emailed the companies email several times and I haven't gotten a response yet. Im running out of the 30 day return policy!

    This company has a membership. I canceled mine and I kept receiving shipments every month. I contacted customer service multiple times and I still kept getting billed for product I had already canceled. I lost over $300 for product I didn't want. I contacted them by phone, email, and social media. They finally stopped by membership after I started posting on their own Instagram page warning others, but they never offered me money back for the product I didn't order.

    I have received direct communication from this company that is highly unsatisfactory. If you look at previous reviews on this business you'll see that they auto enroll you without your knowledge in a subscription plan. Then when you try to cancel it, it doesn't work and you keep getting billed. Then you call again and think it's resolved and get ANOTHER shipment. I have multiple email accounts, 2 phone numbers and I handled most of this by phone because online wasn't yielding any response. The company keeps asking me for proof I contacted them and it was mostly all by phone. So my answer is they haven't done anything to help me get a refund for the unwanted shipments.

One of my colleague responded to the customer's concern. *** cannot refund the entire year as she requested because we were not able to find the previous conversation that she is referring to. We would be happy to refund the last order created in December as our return policy is we can refund orders made within 30 days. We'll be happy to make a one-time exception with *******. Thanks!

    I am rejecting this response. I was sent repeat shipments and charged for product even though I never agreed to anything beyond a one time order. Multiple reviews of this company shows many who had similar complaints. The process to cancel a subscription (unauthorized) is next to impossible. My communication with the customer service teams was mostly done by phone requesting they cancel it. I was told on several occasions that it was canceled and yet I kept receiving more shipments and incurring more charges. This is nothing new with MUDWTR. I have collected over 15 others via Instagram who are acting as witnesses in my case against this company. They do not act ethically and in many peoples eyes are stealing money from consumers.

    I am rejecting this response because this business doesnt acknowledge the numerous times I specified that I made calls to customer service about my repeat shipments and charges. How the heck do you screenshot a phone call?! And how many times can I repeat myself? I attempted cancellation after 2nd shipment. I did not like the taste and did not know I had automatically been signed up for a membership. As many of your complaint reports show, you sneak in the repeat auto shipments. I am not repeating myself anymore. This is beyond ridiculous and frankly Im just getting more ****** off with your company. 

    You should refund the orders, remove the sneaky auto shipments, and make it super simple for people to cancel online. I did everything your customer service people instructed me to dooooo!!!!!! This is a SCAM business!!! 

    if it were not a total SCAM, you would refund the product to maintain a healthy reputation!
