      Theragun has to have the worst customer service there is!!! They list one number, which someone answers, only for this person to give you another number and no one answers!! The gun worked fine for us, then all of sudden, it stopped. We were NOT frequent users of the Theragun, so over using it was not the issue. We tried plugging into other sources, but no luck there. The gun is a piece of fancy trash and trying to get help from Theragun doesn't make the matter any better, because they don't answer. I sent them an email, which I am suppose to get a response within 72 hours!!!! I want to ************!!!!

      My husband ordered a Theragun Pro on Dec. 3 directly from Therabody. He did not receive an order confirmation via email. He checked with his credit card company and the purchase did go through and the product was delivered. Upon receiving the product as a gift on Christmas, we tried to charge the batteries. We tried charging each one for 24 hours on the charger base. neither one would charge more than just a little bit, only a couple of minutes worth of use. They light on the base just keeps blinking, indicating that the battery is not fully charged. The user manual says it should only take less than 2 hours to charge each battery fully.I have now sent 3 emails to the Support email through the Therabody web site and have received no response. The company has no phone support line to call directly. I tried the Chat function during the hours it was supposed to be available but it's simply a bot that leads you down a path to enter an order number, which as stated above, we never received.I would like Therabody to either send us new batteries or refund us for the expensive and defective product.

      Received a damaged product. Returned it and customer service stopped responding to me over a week ago. I have proof that it was delivered there. I am out$700, and they dont care.

      I cant complain about the quality of the Therabody product I purchased because it never arrived. But I can comment on the companys abysmal customer service. I initially placed my order for a Therabody product and was promised a shipping update within 48 hours. After that time passed, I consulted customer support. They assured me Id hear from them within 48 additional hours. After that time passed, I checked in again, and got the same promise: ***** hear from us within 48 hours. Today, just as I was about make a third inquiry, I received a refund notice, a full week after the initial purchase. I understand that some products are unusually popular and not every consumer can be satisfied. But instead of being straightforward, Therabody strung me along for a week, repeatedly promising an update and leaving me without a gift for my wife a couple of days before Christmas. Therabody didnt even have the decency to say well send you a note when the product is back in stock or well add you to a waiting list. Instead if was, subscribe to our daily newsletter.Therabodys shabby treatment of their consumers will make me think long and hard about ever purchasing another Therabody project.

      Extremely Dissatisfied with **************** I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with the customer service of this company. Despite providing all the necessary information, including pictures of the prescription for the conductive gel that triggered my allergic reaction, the customer service I received was nothing short of absurd.Not only did I fail to receive a refund promptly, a process that should have been straightforward, but my issue was "escalated" through three different agents without any resolution in sight. This prolonged lack of resolution leaves me with serious doubts about the company's reputation and reliability.I strongly advise against purchasing from this company based on my frustrating experience. The inadequate customer service and failure to address my concerns have created an overall negative impression. Save yourself the trouble and look for alternatives.

      Company has very low touch, distant, unprofessional customer serivce. They wont field any calls via a phone number. They don't sell replacement charging chords to make you buy a new upgraded more costly item: an item that I don't need at 5x the cost of a replacement basic item. Many companies that care about support provide what I need for FREE!!!! It cost them under 10 dollars to make what I need and actually cost them possibly 3$! There goes the 140$ Wave Roller because no one makes a replacement cord for that exact item and I'm not ordering many items off of a third-party website just to see it one works! Modern industrial society company needing to be flushed. Run by profits and not any kind of responsibility to cradle to cradle product management. More Chinese made nonsense for people who don't need it. Soulless company making products for out to lunch consumers. Haha. You are one of those consumers reading this! Wake up, consumers!!! BUY A CLUE!

      I had the worst experience with their customer service. They delivered the package to my building but I was never warned that it was even shipped. Like in condo buildings, the package got stolen and I am now fighting for them to do ANYTHING. I even received a message from the manager accusing me to have the package??? How can you not deliver and ask for a signature ( a small thing for devices to this price) and then accuse your customers?? I am beyond frustrated with them

      Theragun has the worst customer service I have ever encountered! How do they stay in business? The product itself is great, but I can't use it because I lost the charger and they refuse to sell me another one. I keep getting this automated response: Thank you for your inquiry. We would like to inform you that your device, the ******************** G3, has been discontinued, and unfortunately, we no longer have chargers available for this model. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're here to provide information and support to ensure your satisfaction. Thank you for considering Therabody, and we appreciate your understanding.If you want a massage gun, buy from another company, one that will support you. I run a business and I always support my customers long after they have purchased. *****

      I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Therabody.com. I placed an order on June 30th, 2023, spending a significant amount of $3,100. Unfortunately, the nightmare began when I needed to return the items.The return tracking stopped updating on July 4th, 2023, and since then, I have been left in the dark about the status of my return. It is now July 29th, and the situation has not been resolved, leaving me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with their service.Despite my attempts to get in touch with their customer support, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. The lack of communication is astounding, and it seems like they are purposely ignoring my inquiries.A month has passed, and I am yet to receive any indication that they are taking my case seriously. The constant waiting and uncertainty have caused me immense stress and inconvenience.When I made my purchase, I trusted Therabody.com to deliver quality products and provide excellent customer service. However, they have failed on both fronts. Not only have they been unable to deliver a smooth and efficient return process, but they have also shown a complete disregard for their customers' concerns.I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received from Therabody.com. I urge potential buyers to think twice before making a purchase from Therabody.com. In conclusion, my experience with Therabody.com has been nothing short of a nightmare.       I purchased a Theragun on their website several days ago with 2 business day shipping option. It's past the promised shipment arrival, and still haven't received any shipping updates so reached out to customer support only to find out product is out of stock and they're willing to issue a refund. If they were unaware of the stock availability until I chased them for shipping details, I doubt they were ever going to inform customers and refund the money.
