      I tried to log into my Hustle Hive account and noticed that I could not log in to the account. I tried to reset the password only to get a token error and now am locked out from the account. Looking at the terms and conditions I haven't done anything that they have stated that could terminate the account. They stated that there would be a 30 day notice but they utterly failed to give me such notice.

      This users account was deleted for operating multiple accounts in violation of our Terms and Conditions. Per our Terms and Conditions, any users in violation may have their accounts terminated immediately.

      I am rejecting this response because there are multiple roommates that also own their own businesses. Never once had I had another account to my knowledge. Most likely one of my roommates made an account and as it's the same IP address it got flagged. Nowhere in the terms and conditions does it state 1 account per household.

      I joined this Exchange Panel November 2023 and immediately ran into problems. Per its guidelines, I went to the Contact Moderator link within the portal and made the first of several inquiries. Same day ***** Moderator responded only to ask me to repeat my question. When I did one week later, no one responded or addressed my concern for over 2 months. I sent several followup messages within the portal voicing my dissatisfaction only to be ignored. I went to the Privacy Policy section of the website and learned of email address *********************************** only to get auto-replies urging people to use the address only for login issues thereby making the privacy policy document irrelevant and false as the ***** hour wait for replies never occurs. Growing more irritated with this portal and service, I sent emails asking to export my data, change my data, and close this account. All options listed in the *********** Interface of the Portal and within the previously mentioned Privacy Policy section. ***** Moderator only responded to address the issue from October while ignoring everything else. Further emails and portal messages have been ignored since. I have maintained professionalism and their voluminous rules of over 22 sections of that Privacy Policy only to be ignored and selectively answered for nearly 3 months. I have attached screenshots of the requests and website pages that shows everything I have attempted was within their posted rules.

      I participated in a 1-hour long moderated chat on December 14th in regards to laundry, and points were supposed to be distributed for payment of $30 within one to two weeks. I have tried to contact support three times regarding this issue I'm not getting any reply. Even if there is a delay because of the holidays the holidays are over and they specified within one to two weeks. I would just like the incentive that was promised for my 1 hour participation in their chat study.

      Fuel Cycle oversees The Hilton Planner Panel A research community of business owners and event planners. I am a member of this panel. They owe me $5 reward compensation e- gift card for my input. I have been experiencing technical issues when trying to redeem tokens for reward. I have emailed on 12/1/2023 but have received no reply. I have also tried to reach support via the support tab on the website and the fuel cycle community app on 12/4/223 and 12/6/2023 received no response. I have also tried to contact Fuel Cycle via phone get message mail box is full.

      I'm also a member of Fuel Cycle community "Across The Fence". As others, I have participated in survey and product discussion events with the promise of gift cards for our points. For months now I, and others, are unable to redeem our points for gift cards. I go through the process only to end at a page saying rewards are unavailable, contact a moderator. Our moderator is *****, who never responds. Pay me my money $25.

      I'm a member of ******** community via FuelCycle. I wrote an email to the mod and this time it went through and the response I got was due to suspicious activity during a routine check of survey and activity responses in our community. Which I have no idea how that was possible given I always give 100% on surveys and feedback in the community. So all my points over the course of 3 years is gone. This is highly unfair to treat a long time member of this community with kicking them and failing to let them know after so many years of personal information given up and time to just boot me. I just want my accounts reactivated due to I feel always gave the information they needed without any issues for years now.

      I participate in the Across the *************** operated by Fuel Cycle. I am not able to log into the community. I have contacted the moderator 5 times and the company twice to fix this issue. The password reset function on their site does nothing. It is very convenient that they are not allowing me to enter the site just as I have achieved a $25 incentive.

      This is about their AR ******************* I am shocked to see through the complaints how crooked this business is and greatly surprised that they are allowed to operate as a business. They've been having issues with their site which they don't fix, wasting people's time. The other day, I was typing a long response to an assessment question to earn the incentive, but it never made it through. The pages time out without any warning, wasting the participants' time by having to retype everything. The other day, they were asking for pictures while there was no functionality for it.Now, let me describe the main issue that really angered me. They send frequent invites for people to participate in live chats. As they don't want to do the work of selecting the best candidates for those sessions, they tell you, if you are one of the first 20 who enters the chat, you will participate. This is not working. I was in front of the page for at least an hour prior to the meeting start and clicked in less than 2-3 seconds after the link to enter appeared. They could not care less who is going to attend. They ask you to confirm participation the day before only to confirm that they will meet quota for the session and not to remind you not to miss it. My time is not free. I need the $70 paid and see changes in their selection process and their website error free and improved.When I complained, they closed my account and forfeited all the earnings I accumulated from day one. As you see in the other complaints here, they fail to pay. In my case, they don't plan on paying me anything as they closed my account with all my earnings in it.They need to reactivate it, so I earn points to reach payment threshold, or issue payment with what's in the account to date.

      On 5/19/2023 I had a confirmed appointment for Fuel Cycle's AR ******************* online panel task that paid a $75 gift card. I had other work that I needed that would have paid me I had to give up for this AR ****************** panel. When I went to log in to the AR ******************* panel task @ the time my online appointment was confirmed for I was promptly rejected @ 5 PM Eastern Standard Time. The customer support reply to my email on this states the 1st 20 people to arrive get in the panel yet they are giving actual times and confirmation dates so there is fraud occurring here. I was already accepted when I originally signed up here. The proof is clearly in the writing in this email confirmation attachment. After panelists are confirmed here the Fuel Cycle AR Community Insider's site switches up on panelists.

      I'm a member of three different communities via FuelCycle. ********, Table Talk and ********* Panel. I noticed last week when I got my normal email from Table Talk which was for monthly winners. I went on to congratulate the winner but noticed I couldn't log in. So I did a password reset and I got no email. And any attempt to email the mods on this community was redirected to me as a dead address. But I noticed that I wasn't getting any emails from ******** or Power Panel for a bit so I went to login and behold. Same issue, couldn't log in and password reset didn't work. So like the Table Talk. I wrote an email to the mod and this time it went through and the response I got was due to suspicious activity during a routine check of survey and activity responses in our community. Which I have no idea how that was possible given I always give 100% on surveys and feedback in the community. So all my points over the course of 3 years is gone. ********* Panel also robbed me of my points by telling me I was removed due to one response from a survey and the Table Talk I have no idea since I can't get in contact with anyone there. This is highly unfair to treat a long time member of this community with kicking them and failing to let them know after so many years of personal information given up and time to just boot me. I just want my accounts reactivated due to I feel always gave the information they needed without any issues for years now.
