I ordered services from this company and the owner ******* ************** in October of 2020. It has been over a year and he has not provided any of the services he claimed he would. I paid $******* ******** to this person for which he was to deliver crowd funding services through ********* which he did absolutely no work on and has yet to provide me with anything at all that is stated on my ***************** He took over a year stating personal issues in his **** ie. ************** as the reason nothing has been completed in the last year. This person often will not respond to texts and never answers his phone when I try to call. I have logged all messages and the 3 voice conversations I have managed to have with him. In August of 2021 I requested my money be returned and this man took over three months to return only ******* of the ******** I paid him. He says he only owes me half of the money back since he paid for a ********* of a plastic bottle to be ** printed in ******* The images of a 3D print job had done do not match the design I ordered since he used the wrong files from the folder I sent him. They do not match the 3D renderings I sent him. The wrong files were used and when I questioned him on this he stated he would use "movie magic" to fix this in video. Apparently he believes that over one year and nothing to show for it is worth a customer paying ********* Also, when a refund was requested he refused to return it in full and took 4 months to send only ***** **** This person also no longer lives in **** he lives in St. ********** ******** Don't trust this man he is not against ******** your ****** will not deliver what he says he will or keep his word on anything. Always makes ********Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/05) */ As per the agreement the refund clause stated 10 days to request a full refund. We started work and made 3D a prototype that was corrected twice per instructions of ******, we started the campaign and delivered key elements for the campaign. As the campaigned moved through we offered to do the render at no extra cost to him and we incured the expenses. We agreed to offer a partial refund and gave him $***** in good faith plus an additional $500 which will be completed by end of month. Consumer Response /* (****, 7, 2022/01/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) There were no corrections done or requested. This is clearly a pattern of behavior that is evident in all the other complaints filed. It is easy to see that ******* and whoever else may be working with him are untrustworthy and manipulative spinning stories and taking advantage of people through the use of online mediums. He has now started another ************ that involves blockchain technology and nft minting through his social media and hosted web domain **************** which is highly suspicious as that niche is now the new hottest trend in online ****** I was willing to accept my refund in ****** currency which I told him and he stated that he owns none, which seems odd for someone starting an ************** related business. You can see from all the complaints on here that he trys to put the blame back on his *********** ********** trying to place fault in their actions somehow spinning the conversation and response to be their fault to justify taking their money. This is manipulative *********** behavior. It is no else's fault he took money from people and then didn't deliver what he said he would. He is the only one to blame for this. This person should not be allowed to conduct these types of fraudulent practices and should be permanently banned from doing business on any social platform. At this point it isn't even about the money, since I don't expect to ever receive my remaining ***** It is about stopping this person from hurting more people. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/01/05) */ This client has ******** ****** full of ******* and lack of any ****** I am Attaching proof that shows he was very happy with the ********** we made. We agreed on good ***** refund per client and our contact which is legally ******* stated he had 10 days after signing to receive any ******* I am not going to even get into the ******** claims about my other venture which is sweat equity and we are not ********** any revenue since we are still in development ****** He has no education on what the platform is and is clear he has personal issues which he is trying to take out my ******** This platform is for finding a solution to a ******** We did that before this person decided to use it as a ******* and defamation tool as a few other people have done. We always work with the client if they are not ********** As stated ******* this refund was ******** and already been **** ****** with an additional **** being sent by end of ****** Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2022/01/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This is exactly the kind of communication that Mr. ************** uses to communicate with his clientele. Never ****** accountability and playing the ******* It is an insult to ********* intelligence to say that these claims are ************ simply by viewing all the other complaints filed. Also by trying to dodge accountability by stating he has a 10 day refund policy, when this would not even provide enough time to plan the campaign, especially when he fails to communicate or respond for weeks or months at a time. He seemingly believes that if he puts this on his paperwork then somehow this provides legal exemption and allows him to commit theft and fraud from all these people on here making similar complaints. I am not sure why he thinks he is aware of my educational background. This is not in question. What is in question is whether or not his business practices are honest and legitimate. This statement made by him is a clear example of disrespect by dismissing legitimate concerns from his ******** I did thank him for the work he was ******* in as I was ************ of the perceived effort, but the end result never came to fruition and I will also be ********* proof that I was unhappy with the result and not ****** ******* as he claims. The end result was nothing completed and the wrong design being ******** Being happy for progress after months of no communication is different than happy with the results, which, there were none, other than a few photos of a ** printed bottle that didn't match my finished 3D renderings provided to him, or match my 3D video rendering files that were sent as reference. It is not the customers responsibility and is impossible for the customer to provide supervision, attention to detail and ensure the proper product is being printed at the time of ******** it. Mr. ************** clearly does not understand the definition of slander or how contract law works. Firstly, the making of a ********* was never included in my "contract" which I will attach, especially one that doesn't match the original rendering ****** I sent him. He took it upon himself to have this ******* without ********** the design being printed or telling me where or who was making it and never provided an invoice from the printing service or adjusted the contract, or even contacted me to approve this. I even had a message conversation with him telling him which version to use and that he was using the wrong files. Later he told me that this was made in and still is, in ****** and at times claiming he was having it mailed to him and also saying he would have it sent to me, which neither actions have been followed through on. Filing a true complaint that matches the other complaints filed, while providing proof to try to protect other individuals does not constitute slander, but I'm sure Mr. *************** is the only one that needs to hear that. The customer has already upheld their end of the contract by providing him payment for his services. Once the service provider failed to deliver the services stated the contract in a reasonable time frame, than they are in fact the one that is in violation. I believe I was much more than reasonable giving 1 year when the time frame given upon initial agreement was to be 3 months stated in a voice conversation. The "**** *****" initially provided to me as a "contract" stated a payable amount of $******* which was later negotiated to $******* ******** as you will see in the conversations provided. This was never adjusted for in documentation and again, all terms are void regardless when there are no services provided. This is very simple ********** and a very fundamental understanding successful business ********* ******** At this moment, I have not received any ************* or any services from him and the contract would legally be deemed null and void by any judge in a court of law with the evidence I have provided. I requested a full refund from him, but as he refused the full refund of $**** ******** ******** I accepted his offer of ***** ******** ******* simply due to ***** being better than nothing at all, and have received 2 payments of **** *** from him that were a month apart. For some reason, he also sent me a receipt for a refund that stated the amount of $**** (no currency type provided) on ********** before he had sent me any funds at all, which seemed odd to me. By his ********* to this filed complaint, Mr. ************** seems to think that by playing the victim he is going to somehow convince the *** that all of these complaints filed by random people around North ******* somehow form ********* and that they have all taken extraordinary steps to converse between one another and conspire to concoct some plot and ********** similar *********** despite distance and complete *********** of each other's existence at all, ********* a rational and ******* professional to believe beyond logic and ************* that he is in the right. ****** this is abnormal manipulative behavior. Crowdco was hired to help develop and manage a crowdfunding campaign for us. Paid March 09 2021. Via wire transfer. I am wishing I had read these complaints prior as my grievance is in the level of service. Our campaign was scheduled to launch May 19th 2021, however, around the 20th of April, after receiving a constant run around, we opted to sever the arrangement and requested a refund as Crowdco had failed to live up to the agreement. I was assured we would receive a refund after making the request. It is now nearly the 19th of May, we have had to postpone our product launch to deal with this matter before we can hire another company or simple do it ourselves. No deliverables were made, we received empty promises and just want our money back so we can continue with our campaign. Joining the other complainants is the last thing I want, however, I need this issue resolved. Moving forward I will visit BBB before hiring any company for anything. Devastating lesson learned.
