Speedway Moving and Storage delivered our items from our cross country move nearly all either completely damaged or missing entirely. We now have thousands of dollars in damages for the items that were delivered, as well as thousands of dollars of missing one-of-a-kind items that are no where to be found. Not only were there items completely missing, but the items that were delivered were nearly all damaged. Even the items that were boxed were punctured by other items in the truck.  I also wanted to note that when the movers were unloading, they unloaded 8-10 boxes, furniture items, and other personal effects into our house that were not ours. I alerted them multiple times that the items were not ours, and they continued to carry another client's items into our home for multiple trips until they finally acknowledged my statements to remove the items and ensure that the correct family received them. I can only assume that our missing items were delivered to someone else's move in the same way that we received someone else's items. As far as the damaged items, nothing was wrapped or protected, and we were told that it was a full service moving company and that every single item would be wrapped and protected- when I saw the delivery truck open at our destination, it was apparent that everything was stacked and thrown in with no protection or separation from the other jobs. We were told that we would receive our times in 7-10 days, and it took nearly a month to finally receive. I have called nearly daily to reach someone, and no one answers their office line. They have changed their number three times since we have engaged contact, and have blocked my number twice and I have had to call from outside phones to even reach their voicemail. I have emailed multiple times as well and not gotten any response. I can not reach a single person to discuss where the missing items are or how we can receive reimbursement/refunds.
