I made a complaint and gave AAA a negative review and in response AAA cancelled my membership. My complaint was due to AAA having me wait in a gang infested area where a gun was pulled on me for sitting in their "hood" looking like the police. On Oct. 28, 2023, I tried to start a membership online with AAA Texas, and the payment failed. I resolved the payment issue and called in on 10/29/2023 & spoke with ****** at 2:26pm. I advised that I didnt have a membership due to payment failure & would like to start 1; to which he responded, "We DO have your membership here and active". He went on to say I didnt have to pay anything today nor could he take my payment for the monthly membership, and that I would just be billed next month for both current & next month's statement.On Oct. 30, 2023, I called to get the roadside assist. only to be told my membership was cancelled to my surprise. I spoke with the supervisor by the name ***** who said he couldn't pull the call because that department doesnt record calls. He also said there was nothing he could do about the misinformation and that I'd have to pay for an annual membership now, even though it wasnt my fault. He also said I would have to start the entire process over from there including the 3 day waiting period for service According to the manager - *****************- at the *********** location, that same day, she was able to pull the ****************************** at the ** branch, state all this to me and it was untrue. My membership is now canceled and I am forced to start an annual membership & start my service waiting period completely over. I was in emergency need for tow service and now due to ******** blatant lies, and *** stating her hands are tied, I am at jeopardy of losing my jobs.Initial Complaint

I was rear ended back in September 1, 2022 by a AAA insured driver, after months of going back and forth with AAA and waiting patiently they just sent me a letter today that my claim was denied. Like, how is this possible? Claim adjuster ****** ******* is also very rude and very unprofessional and has zero work ethic. Worst of the worst insurance. I will never consider AAA for my auto insurance needs ever after this issue.Initial Complaint

AAA sold me a membership and a same day service charge. that rep hung up on me after telling me he would call me back and just charged me and didn't provide the service needed for my car emergency. I called them and placed a complaint and ******* the supervisor who took complaint told me that I would get a call from aaa. I never got a call from aaa. I called them 3 times after that demanding them to refund me and they never return my call. they did not provide me the service for emergency at the time requested and paid for the service. I request a full refund after being told off by one of their reps. after that, they waited two hours to respond to my emergency. but I had to get an over back and I spent 60 dollars on uber charges to fix my situation after aaa did not provide service they promisedInitial Complaint

On the May 23 2021 I ******* ****** made a payment an insurance to AAA automobile clubs Southern California. During that time I was double insured by my precious insurance and AAA. I was under the impression that my periouse insurance was going to be canceled. I called ****** ****** to inform him about the situation. He told me if I had any proof of insurance. I would be able to resive a refund. I emailed him the proof of insurance. I was insured by infinity from 05/23/2020 to 05/23/2021 -05/23/2021 to 05/23/2022 by infinity. I've talked to over 20 different people and they all direct me to ****** ****** my repersentive. I've also gone to AAA automobile club Southern California offices located in Los Angeles. I was told I could not see him in persons due to he work in call senter. At this point I've tried everything I could think of. I have not receive a my full refund.
