              My experience with Casa Linda has been the worse. I bought a couch and a entertainment center cash in Downey where I always have Roberto assist me with my purchases. When they deliver my couch to mu home the delivery guys told me the couch had 2 rips on the corners not to call and blame them for the rips in the couch. He also expressed that he had mention the his boss about the defection on the couch. They still deliver the couch defected. I called and made a former complained to Robert and he gave me a number to call and speak to either Paola or Reina?
              Paola was the one sending text back and fourth regarding this matter. At first she was being rude and not caring about my defected couch. I then called the manager in the warehouse Reina she had more empathy than Paola. Anyhow they took my couch 2 weeks now to be repair and they will bring it back to me last Saturday, Paola had already re assured me it will be delivered last Saturday and I end up not working waiting for the couch to arrived and they never delivered it. I was Livid!!! I called Casa Linda in Downey and i talked to a manager. she was oblivious of the occur and she told me she would talk to her manager and report the incident. She also reassured me it will be delivered this saturday. I'm hoping they do so or else I want my money back and you all can keep this defected cough.
