Hello I'm submitting evidence for a purchased order I placed #***** was never received and has yet to be refunded. Tracking is ****, tracking number *********************** On 9/13/2021 I reached out to a ********* page that links the website to Princess P Jewelry in their bio. I provided my order number and explained my situation that I had made my purchase 9/3/21 , on 9/7/21 email sent stating order would be shipped out within 24-72 hours. On 9/14/2021 the individual I spoke to messages me stating "I'll fwd this". I responded 9/14/21 I would like a refund and I had opened a claim with my bank. My message was read and not responded too. On 9/19/21 I sent a second message asking for my refund to be forwarded to my bank dispute department and I wanted to cancel my order completely. The ********* page responded "It's Sunday . I will forward this to my customer service" On 9/20/21 I called ********** the person I spoke to said I could get a refund then in a email said I couldn't.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/10/16) */ The customer notified us he/she had not received the items that they had ordered. We notified them that we displayed the items left the store and we would file a claim with ****. Before we can file the claim, the customer filed a chargeback with their bank and we are unable to refund via our software once a chargeback is open. We were more than willing to make the situation right but the customer was upset and would not work with us at that point. We apologize and informed him we would not fight the chargeback.
