I went to Zion Driving School on August 24, 2021. I had spoke with **********, the woman at the front desk, about signing up for classes. When I selected my package deal, she informed me that with the 3 classes, I will be able to also use the car for the driving test when I was ready. I paid them $380 cash for 3 classes & the car for the driving test. I recently called back January 4, 2022 to request the car for my test on January 5, 2022. ***** said she did not remember me and said she will talk to the other woman who works at the desk to see if she did. She never called me back and I ended up missing my appointment with the DMV, causing me to reschedule. I spoke with her again later in the day on January 5, 2022 informing her that I had missed my test and have now rescheduled my test for January 13, 2022. She said she will talk to the other woman and my driver about getting the car and will contact me again. I tried called twice during the week leading up to the test and I got no response. I called for the third time on January 12, 2022 and got on the phone with ***** again. She continued to say she didn't remember me and said she will ask the other lady. At this point, no progress had been made with contacting the other woman or the driver about me needing the car for my test. An hour after I got off the phone with *****, I received a random call from an ** number and it ended up being the other woman that works at the desk. She was calling me from her personal number (************), saying that she was at home with her kids, but she will help me figure out the situation. After I explained it, she told me that driving test are not included and are an additional $180 and also informed me that I only had 3 months to take the test after my lessons. I was not told any of this when I had originally paid for the package and now she said I will not be able to use the car for my test unless I pay them an additional $180 for the car.Business response

It is also state in our written receipt how much she paid, when she paid, and what she was paying for and to whom. At the time of sign up we require everyone to fill out a student record sheet at the bottom of that student sheet is a notice stating our terms and conditions which state that we don't do refunds we have 24 hours to advice of cancellation as well as the student and the receipt and services paid for are only valid for 90 days or 3 months. I have the proof of reciept stating what she paid for which doesn't include a drive test which is separate from driving lessons. This is the reason we specify the service on the receipt.
