On Feb. 5, 2023 I purchased merchandise from Eterne. I received the merchandise on Feb. 10th, and it was too large. In accordance with their returns policy, I mailed the merchandise back to them on Feb. 11, 2023, via ***** My return was delivered back to them on Feb. 14th, 2023. They are refusing to refund the merchandise, saying they have not received my return despite me providing them a photo of my postal receipt and a link to the **** tracking number showing it was delivered to them in *********** on the 14th.
