I was detained on Aug 10, 2022 and when I was in custody I was asked if my plan was to be released on bail and my answer was "NO", that I wanted to talk to the judge on Aug 12. Without my permission or Authorization ************** who works for "The Bail Boys" contacted one of my family members to notify him that I was in custody and if he wanted to pay my bail fees. Automatically, my cousin paid for my bond fee, and I was released around 3am on Aug 11, 2022. like I stated, I never spoke to **** or anyone from the Bail Boys company to help me out on this matter. The same morning when I got released, I contacted the Bail Boys to find out who paid for my bail and they informed me that it was one of my cousins who I hadn't talked to in years, neither did I have his number but still have a good relationship with him. He said **** called him if he knew me because I was in custody and wanted to get out on bail. When I contacted ****, he was very confused because he couldn't answer why he contacted my family members, how he got their number or anything else, all he said it was probably through social medial or public records, but he was tired from working all night and needed to get some rest before answering more questions. I contacted him a couple hours later, around 7pm to get answers and he stated that he had audio messages between me and him and that he was going to forward those to me. I waited for a couple hours and asked him multiple times to please send them to me but never got a response back. The following morning, I went to their office in ********* to turn myself back into custody but instead they offered me a lower bail fee so that I could just drop it. This matter was confidential, and my family should've never been contacted without my authorization or approval. company should not be allowed to be conducting business on behalf of other people without prior authorization specially if they don't know the financial hardship. they're just in it for the money.

On August 10, 2022 a collect call was received from the customer from the **************. He called The Bail Boys requesting to be bailed out of jail on a $50,000.00 domestic violence case. The Bail Agent **** explained the terms of the bail bond. The bail was posted by The Bail Boys based on the fact the defendant does qualify for self sign. Self sign is warranted due to his active duty military employment. This bail bond has no others signers besides himself. The customer was released from jail and went to our **************** to complete paperwork. He gave a down payment towards the bail bond premium of $500.00 and made payment arrangements of $500.00 monthly for the balance totaling $3500.00.
I am unaware of any other circumstances that occurred in the process. The customer is still currently on bail and is due to go back to court on 11/4/22 ************************** in ********. I have attached the recorded phone call and the bail documents.

      ***Document Attached***
I never spoke to **** while in custody, that's a lie. The first time that I spoke to **** was Aug 11, after I was released on bail. What **** did was to look on public records and social media to find one of my cousins (*************************) that's what *** told me when I spoke to him on Aug 11. When I got release on bail I spoke to my cousin and he informed that that **** was the one who called him around 10pm to notify him and if he was willing to bail me out. Which at that point my cousin agreed and signed the documents **** had emailed him. When I spoke to *** I asked him why he did that because I was trying to keep it confident between me and my wife and he had no authorization from me to contact anyone because we never spoke on the line but he decided to go on his own and call my family members. Only bail bond agency that I spoke to was a veteran supported and talk to a guy named ***** which definitely does not sound like a "****". What *** stated was that he had an audio recording when I called and talked to him which he said he was going to forward me but after multiple attempts he never replied or provided those recording he supposedly had. Reason being it was because we never spoke on the line. **** didn't even have a clue what I did for a living until I told him that I was in the Military so that's another lie from them. On 12 August I went directly to the bail boys office in riverside and spoke to *********************, I told her that I was there to turn myself back in because nobody had given the authorization to contact my family or to bail me out. ****** said she needed to talk to her manager to find out more details about the situation. When she came back she apologize on behalf of her manager and bail boys and asked if they lower the fees from $3500 to $2000. I explain to her that My original plan was to talk to the judge the following morning but at that point I was screwed because they had set my court date for November 4. And now I needed to wait until then to see my wife and kids because the Military put me on Military Protection orders which I'm not allowed to see, talk or have any type of communication with my family unit my court date is done. I've been going through financial hardship because I still have to pay my mortgage loan and my hotel rooms until 4 Nov. At the end I agreed to pay the $2000, gave them $500 on 12 Aug, $500 Sep 1 and leaving my balance at $1000 as of Sep 30. See attached receipt I received from ******. My next step is to get a lawyer who can represent me and get me a refund for all the expense I have accomulated since then to include the bail bonds fees.

I am rejecting this response because:
I provided all the email traffic **** had with my cousin, like I said before; I never spoke to **** or anyone from this company. All lies from company; they were not able to provide any evidence.
