If I could put zero I would I put a down payment and cancel because they didnt give me service and now there playing games about my refund Im going to definitely file a claim with my lawyer to get my money back they say it take 7-10 days its has been over that dont used this company there scammersReview from Dan P

Promise made promise kept. AM/PM did everything as agreed. My car was picked up at my home on Monday late morning. It was delivered to me in Florida 48 hours later. The car arrived as expected. In the same condition it was in when it left home. I will continue to use AM/PM to move my car twice a year.

Awesome place to ship vehicles from auction or copart. They have a good team of dispatchers and drivers, who have years of experience in this field. We have been working together since 2018. Never had an issue, that was not resolved.AM PM Auto Transport Response

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! My advice is to make this company aware that you are recording the call, otherwise they will lie and say they never promised to deliver your car on time, and that they told you that they are a Broker/Car shipping company. They fail to tell you that they are a Broker. This company has stated they do not require full payment upfront which is further from the truth! I have proof that they requested my payment in full before delivering my son's car 6 days past the promised delivery date. AM PM Auto Transport will not take any responsibility for their wrongdoings and will keep lying and trying to deflect their wrongdoings. When you write an honest review on them; they will try to connivingly indirectly try to get you to remove your honest revies. This company is very misleading, their employees will sell you a bill goods. I will never do business with this company again. On the contrary, ********. We try to make it clear from the start that we are a broker company who makes deals with carriers to ship your cars for a reasonable rate. If you would have listened to our representative when he told you that, perhaps then you wouldn't've been so upset when that full payment we ask of you is common when working within our policy. While we welcome constructive feedback, we don't invite vague critique when it doesn't lead anywhere.Review from Katie P

This is my first time shipping a car. They took the initial deposit 7/8/22 As of 7/18 no one has picked up the car. I'm calling *** and not getting any answers. After reading ********* experience, I'm very concerned. So I am starting the process again but looking for a reliable transport company and not a broker. Thanks *******
My next question is how does BBB using this information? Shouldn't AMPM have to list themselves as a broker so the consumer isn't mislead.

Dear Valuable Customer, our representatives always let the customers know, that we have both: carrier and broker authorities. When we don't have our trucks available, we use other companies or owner-operators just to better assist your needs. It is always harder to do especially when the customers want to get the cheapest price as well. We apologize for the delay, we did our best to make it happen.
We never charge our customers before the pick up. We have charged your card for the deposit only today, after confirmation from our carrier that he was able to pick up your vehicle. Sorry again for the inconvenience. Thank you.
