The entire experience was a come-on and ripoff. When I booked the car I thought I was getting a very good deal and didn't mind pre-paying for the rental. However, when I showed up to get the car, they kept adding on horribly expensive options that I didn't need or want, and I had one option only - "take it or leave it." They attempted to add full insurance, and I had to jump through hoops with my insurance company to avoid an incredible upcharge. As it was, they still snuck in charges I wasn't expecting. The total cost wound up being four times what I originally signed up for. This place is a scam. Avoid it at all costs.

Reserved and rented a car at the *** airport. Lousy service. They dont tell you up front they dont accept many insurances. This caused the agreed price to skyrocket. Very unhelpful. Dont rent from Priceless!

TERRIBLE company. ZERO star All kinds of hidden fees for insurance.Was on hold for 57 minutes before someone answered a call.

0 stars if I could Booked with a no refund clause via ******. When I read all the bad reviews online, I called them ahead of time to make sure I don't have the same bad experience. I was told to bring my car insurance policy to show that I had full coverage, then I wouldn't get charged anything extra for insurance. So, I did. Even brought a note from *******, stating that they cover rental cars. The rude person at the ***** location, where we were supposed to pick up our car, said that they weren't accepting Mercury. Like what?! Apparently, this was disclosed when I booked the car. But none of the paperwork that was emailed to me stated anything about exclusions of car insurances. We also would have paid with ***************** which also fully covers rental cars. This is a SCAM. We are talking about $45/day for insurance! Pickup at the airport, also didn't happen. ******** never answered the phone, when I called after landing. We ended up taking an Uber to their location. There was only one person at that rental, and he couldn't care less. We ended up taking another Uber back to the airport to rent a car with Budget. Million times better service! Don't rent from Priceless!

I should have heeded the warnings of all the other reviews. This place is A SCAM!!!! I reserved a rental car through Kayak, before cancelling my reservation at a later date. I called Priceless directly to cancel, they told me they were able to cancel with no charges, great! Except for the fact that they still charged me, & when I call to discuss the charge they are lying saying that their system shows that they did not charge me, when my credit card is explicitly saying they did. The representatives are dismissive & untruthful. I was given a "manager's email" to help process my refund but I have not heard back. I do not think I will be getting any refund from them, after not receiving any form of service or product from them this is blatantly theft.

these people are SCAMMERS. They are lying about issuing a refund from almost a month ago when they was never a refund posted and they only proof they have for a refund is literally a receipt for how much I paid. I call constantly and get hung up on and no one will give me back my money. They keep acting like that website isnt associated with them when it is, corporate redirected me right back to their location in ***********. I cannot believe I have to go through all of this from what I assume was a reputable company from a purchase I made and cancelled in NOVEMBER.

Priceless in ******** ** has a web site, But no matter what Date you need a car , they say no cars available , why !
