1 starI have lived in the south building almost a year and a half now. My lease is almost up :) YAY! I am very very excited to move from this terrible a** place. I have been depressed and very unhappy living here. The unit I lived in was good, no complaints there. My car was broken into recently and management was absolutely no help. I had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed, which was $250+, not including everything i had to replace that was in my car. They werent going to do anything until I begged them to move my parking spot because i was scared they would come back and steal my whole car. They tell you to file a police report and thats it. The parking structure is owned by a separate company. My best friend came over and stayed the night one night and all 4 of her windows were broken into and they came back a few hours later and stole the whole **** car. That was over $5,000+ worth of damage and stolen thing out of her car. The car was found a week later by the ********************************** and they took both of her cadilic converters and her battery on top of everything else. I think these car breaks in are an inside job because of how easy and fast they are able to do this. The leasing office was no help, again. Didnt offer to help, didnt follow up, absolutely NOTHING. I literally have PTSD from my car and my best friends car being broken into and stolen.Please be aware, security is terrible and they do absolutley nothing. DO NOT MOVE HERE, THIS WHOLE PLACE IS A SCAM. I did a walk through with maintnence before I moved out and he told me I would get my whole deposit back, minus utilities and that was not the case. They charged me for a bunch of bullshxt. I took a very extensive video. I might need to contact a lawyer. This is literally the worst place I have ever lived, I would not reccommend anyone to move here.Review frommanuel s

1 starHorrible management. They do everything very slow and take their time about important issues. The carpet in my unit has bugs, and had everywhere a white dust on it; cleaning it with a carpet extractor didnt do much but pulled out such a disgusting large amount of w ******** waste like a gross brownish paste. Since I moved in here I get rashes regularly , my legs started intending and start itching as soon I touch the carpet with my bare skin. I dont wanna imagine what was all done with this carpet , obviously there was a water damage to the apartment and the drywall was cut open or replaced up to a height ir 15 orb20 inches , but they didnt do the job right and eliminated all black mold here. As this started to build up again behind it , its just horrible I started getting allergies I didnt had before , I had the last days 7 or 8 times nose bleeding what black mold can cause as I didnt had never nose bleeding before starting several times during the same day. Im really concerned about my health as I have an immune impairing health issue ; and with this its getting worse. If something even happens that I need to call paramedics they Im wont be able be able to enter the building as they dont keep the intercom running.Review fromTristin G

1 starAbsolutely unethical company. They have their staff lie about prices and availability just to get you to rent at the willows apartments. After speaking to other residents we were all told many lies. This is supposed to be a brand new community. The first month had raw sewage pipes broken. The air-conditioning also was broken for months without repair. The amenities are closed for repair. Yet they open them only for private parties. The managers won't respond to any female residents. Only males. If you see any rentals with this company name. Be prepared to be screwed over.Review fromalex g

1 starPASEOS ONTARIO Upon our move-in and disappointment at our apartment that was nowhere near move-in ready, we were informed that the company and/or people responsible for cleaning our apartment were fired because of the shape our unit was left in. It is extremely disheartening to hear that as a company, you fired the crew in charge of cleaning our unit because they did such a bad job, but wont waive the cleaning fee? It was worth firing someone, but not worth acknowledging and waiving. To say we are disappointed by our experience at ****** is a complete understatement. From the complete absence of communication and follow-through we have experienced since our initial move-in and lease signing, all the way from resident services to management. From things as small as getting someone to answer the phone, or an email without following up 10+ times, to management firing crew because of such a poor job being performed but in your words after reviewing move in photos the unit was deemed clean and having to chase this information down for weeks. As a company, better service needs to be provided all around. This has been such a disappointing experience, it has made us dread having to interact with any representatives in general.Review fromEdgar L

1 starGHP AT THE MEDICI Many maintenance requests took them months to fix issue. Maintenance responses are very delayed or ignored. Staff is condescending when approached with concerns. Plumbing issue has destroyed a lot of my property and no proper attention given. Very disappointing. Mold issues began to form and management won't support immediate issues. Packages mysteriously dissappear form concierge. Broken Sauna has been non working for almost a year. Stream room sometimes work. Gym equipment is broken and staff will only repair if someone sends in report like it's not obvious that it needs to be fixed. Rat plague. ?? Don't rent here. Not worth the money. Cameras don't work for proper surveillance. Cars get broken into. They still increase your rent despite all this.Review fromMehrnaz Z

1 starIve been living here since Feb 2023 and cant wait till March to get as far as I can from this awful complex. This is a h*** presenting itself as heaven. I even dont know where to begin.The GHP management (The 3 Orsinis, ********, ********************************, ******, *********, etc.) builds all these buildings exactly the same, rent them to you, and never take care of them again! God forbid something goes out of order in one of the buildings. It will never be really fixed!The ***************** on Orsini III has been broken for past 4 months and weve lost several packages due to delivery ppl not knowing where to leave them. The parking gates breaks every week or so, and it takes more than a month to send someone to fix it, only to get broken again in no time! Ive seen homeless people and random guys drinking and smoking stuff right by my car many times! Dog poopies will stay in the corridors right in front of your door for more than 48 hrs before some one cleaning it up.Theres a crazy guy living on Orsini III 6th floor who drove everyone in that side of the building crazy. He keeps laughing extremely loud and monotonously (similar to the Joker) every **** secs, for straight 48 hours and more. Every 6-7 days, this 48-hr period of hysterical laughter would begin and keep the whole building up at nights; the funny thing is that not the security nor the management can or will do anything about it. They just simply told us to call the cops!I would have escaped the first month I got here if I could, but they wont let you move out until the end of the contract, even with one month notice and they force a 14 month contract to you cause they probably know how awful their buildings are.Seriously stay away from this irresponsible management group and their horrible service.Review fromAngelica S

1 starIt is so disheartening to me that due to negligence of The Terrace Apartments , I have no alternative but to move out. I have had so many Work Orders that have not been completed. The straw that broke the camels back was having mold growing in my daughters room due to a leak. I am very aware that it has been difficult to take care of leaks due to this rainy season. My daughter and I have been patient. On 1/5/2023, I sent an email about our bedroom having black mold. It did not get fixed until 2/15/2023. During this time My daughter and I were down to one bedroom, she was sleeping in the living room and she had not slept well. I had also requested for an air quality inspection since my daughter and I continued to get sick and the request was ignored. When The maintenance came to fix the wall on February 15th, we requested that the wall be looked at thoroughly, treated for mold and to check for any reoccurring leaks before closing the wall. The maintenance reassured us that it was fixed.On 2/22/2023 it rained again and My daughter could hear the water coming down in between her walls. She panicked and started to take out items from her room....and slept on the couch. When the rains stopped she went to look a few days later and the black mold came back in the same area. I sent multiple emails with pictures, my daughter went to the office to talk to management and nothing was done. A few weeks after that, MUSHROOMS started to grow from the bottom of the floor!!! And my daughter moved out. I have been in contact with management via email and still nothing. Only to find out they dont even have a key to my apartment because someone lost it!!! The leasing office was asking me for an extra key!!! Now that I am leaving they are trying to fix and complete work orders but they tell me the day of I thought I needed to be given a 24 hr notice? We threw away a lot of furniture, bed and clothes because I just dont trust the mold and mushrooms. I have lost so much money.Review fromCindy G
