Hello I hope this message finds you well. My name is *******************, and I have been trying to obtain a refund for a ticket purchased from Aeroflot Airlines since 2020. Despite multiple attempts to contact various parties, including the US ********** of *************** I have been unsuccessful in receiving a resolution.Due to circumstances beyond my control, particularly related to the Ukraine War, I was unable to utilize the purchased ticket, and I have been seeking a refund ever since. However, my efforts to reach the airline and other relevant authorities have not yielded any results.My complaint number with the US ********** of ************** is DD2023010192, and I kindly request your assistance in facilitating the refund process. I am in desperate need of this refund and would greatly appreciate any help you can provide in resolving this matter. I contacted a lot of people and I have not received my money yet. Being diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder I cannot talk properly on the phone and I don't know how to get my money back. I will appreciate if you can assist me getting my money back. As a disabled person I need my money to make a living and I want Aeroflot Airlines to refund my money. I contacted a lot of organizations and agencies and I have not received my refund yet. I did not complete the flight I paid for and was told to contact the airline via email to get a refund for the leg of the trip that I did not use. I have been emailing and calling the airline to get this refund and I am not getting an email response nor are they returning my calls.
