    Disappointing Experience with Midi Health Unmet Expectations and Wasted Time.I had been successfully using bioidentical HRT pellets, including ************, for perimenopausal symptoms and low libido, and was looking for options on treatment after relocating to a new state. I reached out to Midi Health in desperation, willing to try non-implantation methods, hoping they could provide the ************ therapy I needed. This they claimed to offer.The initial telehealth appointment went smoothly, with labs ordered and a follow-up scheduled. However, I was shocked to find out I had to book an entirely separate appointment with another provider to prescribe the ************, which was frustrating from the start.Things only got worse from there. Over the next few weeks, I had multiple appointments canceled on me, often on the same day, and scheduling issues where only 15-minute slots were availabledespite being told I needed a 30-minute consultation. After being rescheduled twice, both appointments were pushed out by a full *********, three months later, Im still no closer to receiving the ************ therapy I came to them for. Instead, Ive spent time and money on treatments I could have easily gotten locally, like ********* patches and ************, which any doctor can prescribe. The service feels like a scam, where Im being strung along to continue rescheduling and billing insurance, without any genuine effort to address the core issue I sought help for.After canceling my account, Ive had to start over with another service, facing more delays. The first ********* at I saw with Midi was knowledgeable, but I felt rushed and misled. The overall experience with Midi Health has been frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately disappointing. Im sharing this review in hopes that it helps others avoid the same distress and wasted time.

    I have had three visits in total with MIDI Health. (1) in March, (1) in April and (1) in May. So far, only one visit (the visit in March, has been processed through my insurance). That one just so happened to be processed after I called and complained in mid May about how long it was taking to be processed. I had someone from customer service call me back in May when I had inquired about my March visit and was told they have implemented a new process where they will be completing visit notes and processing to insurance within 3 business days. Well, its now June 11th and my April and May visits still have not been sent to my insurance for processing. When I try and call their customer service number, they never pick up and I always have to leave a message and always get cut off. So Im forced to send an email as well. To me, if youre never going to answer your customer service line, theres no sense in having one and to just have everyone send an email instead. I stopped all services with MIDI because of this issue and would not recommend them to anyone, unless youre paying out of pocket (as that seems it would be the easier option).

    I WISH I CAN LEAVE 0 stars. This company had me ignored the whole time.I had questions about tirzepatide , they sent me an invoice to pay for the med, but never answered by questions. On top of that, right before I paid for it, I was told that there is no more tirzepatide from MIDI HEALTH and I almost paid for it. I had to reach out for them to tell me that. They now sent me an invoice for ***********, but they never answered by questions. This company is SLOPPY, DIRTY, ABD A FULL SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!!

    Ive had a frustrating experience with Midi. While the care itself started off well, their customer service and billing practices leave a lot to be desired. They continuously file my insurance claims incorrectly as out-of-network, despite my repeated attempts to get it fixed. Even worse, the nurse practitioner refuses to respond to messages unless I book an appointmentsomething I cant do until they correct their billing ********* make matters worse, they started me on a medication that was working, but now wont refill it unless I schedule another appointment. It feels like theyre more focused on billing than patient care. If youre considering Midi, be prepared for a lot of administrative headaches and a lack of responsiveness unless youre actively being charged.

    Terrible customer service, negligent with prescription dosages-ignored for several days when I brought it up in the email portal. My insurance company has requested additional information from MIDI 3x so my prescription could be filled and they did not respond. 6 weeks not with an improper dosage and no correction in site. Very sloppy & careless

    Midi health appears to a scam. I talked with a questionable nurse practitioner for less than 10 min and she immediately prescribed 4 medications. I dont see how this company complies with medical ethics.

    My doctor was great however the customer service is horrible. I scheduled an appointment and the appointment went well. Within 2 days I received an invoice for $250. My friend and I have the exact same insurance. She referred me with no issues with MIDI taking her insurance. After I contacting them to resubmit my claim, they still indicated they didn't take my insurance. I submitted my secondary insurance and they told me they couldn't bill that insurance either. I went ahead and paid the $250. I requested an itemized bill to include the provider's tax id so that my insurance company would reimburse me some of the cost. It's been two weeks, I've submitted three emails and no one has contacted me. Their website indicates someone will respond with 2 business days. When you try to call by telephone you can't get a response either. I am extremely disappointed in the customer services and would not recommend them to anyone I know. If I could have given No Star I would have.

    I had one visit with MIDI. I then received a bill for $250. I was initially told it was covered by my insurance, but then was informed it was not. After I already had the visit! When I questioned the representative, he stated an email was sent regarding my plan being out of network, which is a lie. Now I cannot get a hold of anyone to discuss the matter. The customer service is abysmal. As a medical ********************** professional its shameful the way they operate. After remaining on hold, you will not be able to speak to someone. They will force you to leave a message and then never call you back. One point I did speak to someone who informed me the company is way understaffed and I probably wont get a phone call back. I am beyond frustrated with this company. ******.

    The doctor was great everything else, was horrible.I asked the ** before we started if my insurance was coving this appointment, and she said it must be or it wouldn't have been scheduled. Well guess what... I got a bill for @$250 for talking to that ** for 8 min! I was quoted $150 for similitudes and charged $251 for 4 units!!!!
