      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

      to be clear I would like it removed from my credit as well. As long as they delete the item I am happy with the response.

      TROJAN PROFE (Original Creditor: STROHBACH CHIROPRACTIC) ***************** $675.00 - I never want other people to see my medical records. So I am confuse why I have these medical collection in my credit report. Please help me remove this from my credit report.

      I was the victim of the data breaches which have happened over the last 5 years with *******, Marriott, etc. The following listed accounts below were opened without my knowledge, or authority. I was instructed to use the *** website identitytheft.gov to file identity theft report as the site is classified as a law enforcement agency. Please use this report as a record of the events. I am unaware who used my information nor do I have any information about the data breach or who might have stolen it. The following information is a requirement of FCRA section 605B to assist me in blocking the fraudulent accounts from my report.

This is inaccuracy! DELETE THIS ACCOUNT FROM CREDIT REPORT IMMEDIATELY.
