The worst property management company Ive ever dealt with nothing ever gets done. Nothing gets fixed problems dont get solved and the manager **** and ***** always seem to blame the tenants. If theres a problem in the unit, managers always harassing me wind I ask for maintenance and the, never fix anything properly. I have mold in my unit for months and all they did was paint over it. Theyre greedy, money, hungry and dont care about tenants. I was evicted because a friend of the manager attacked me and they lied and made up a whole story to say that I was a troublemaker just so they could kick me and my family out , theyre liars and cheaters dont ever rent from this company in ******** ********** constantly raising the rent without notice, read all the yelp reviews on them that are completely bad, beware of this company they should be ran out of businessReview from Marlene M

I wish I could give this property management a zero stars. I have been trying to contact their customer service to get a hold of my ********************** manager for months and they didnt provide the correct information. They transferred and gave me the information for ************ that has been terminated for 6-8 months and wasnt the newest temp that should be on file. This apartment is shady and unprofessional, and no one has yet to reach out to me upon calling for months for move out. There are no email addresses nor actual offices to go down and discuss my emergency situation. We have even left vm for supervisors and never heard responses back. I am tired of living in the nightmare of apartment management and neighborhood.Review from Lotte A

Headquarters tried to scam ** out of money on two occasions. During our residence at ****************************, we had to make an emergency move to another unit because waterpipes in the wall had broken. It was brought to the property manager's attention several times but no action was taken until the corner of the roof completely gave in. After having to move to another unit, management tried to charge ** for a full month for both units and increased the rent because the unit we had to moved to was more expensive. We went back and forth with management for 4 months until they agreed that being charged for rent TWICE was not right.When we moved out this year, the property manager ensured ** that we would only be charged a cleaning fee after doing a walk through. They ended up charging ** for trash fee; maintenance fee; cleaning fee; incorrect late fee; and, cherry on top, TWO additional days of residence. Although our move out date was clearly communicated, the property manager was not available to hand over keys on our move out date so he checked ** out of the system two days later, when he was able to (although we had already moved out before then). They charged ** for two extra days ($150 + prorated trash; electricity and etc).I spoke to management for nearly 3 months regarding this but I was never able to get passed the administrative assistant. Management would not speak with me or acknowledge their unfair charges once again. The property manager screened my calls after moving out and did not respond to messages regarding this.Tenants, beware. They try to scam you out of your money and will not respond to emails or calls.Review from Tiffany R

They failed to return my security deposit. It's been 6 months since I turned the keys in. It was spotless and there was nothing more than normal wear and tear on the apartment. They were very unresponsive and unprofessional when I asked for an explanation. Despite providing evidence that the apartment was in good condition, the business refused to return the security deposit. I have now filed a complaint with the local consumer protection agency and hope for a resolution soon. I am providing this review of my experience to warn others about poor business practices. This is a violation of my rights. Tenants are legally entitled to have their security deposit returned within a certain period of time, often 21 days or less. If there is no damage to the property, the landlord must return the security deposit in full. This type of behavior is unacceptable and indicates that this business does not operate with integrity. It is the responsibility of tenants to take steps to protect themselves and to ensure that their rights are respected. It may be necessary to take pictures of the property before and after move-out, as well as to file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. If the landlord refuses to return the security deposit, tenants should consider taking them to court. Legal action is often the only way to ensure that tenants receive the money they are due. Which is currently my situation. I'm taking the property management to court, this is similar to a game of chess; you can make all the right moves, but the game will only be won when you make the final move to checkmate your opponent.Review from Tony D

FUTURE TENANTS BEAWARE!! This business has some shady things going out behind the curtains... An apartment complex was put up on their website and on many other sites as well. I went ahead and applied for the unit, where they charged me and ran my credit... I called the next day and they stated that the unit shouldn't have went up and I shouldn't been charged nor my credit ran, but those happened anyway. I asked for them to refund me or give my application a review for the unit since I was the first to apply. They said they will look into it and it has been two weeks since I've gotten any update. I contacted them multiple times via phone call, email and text messages. All have been either left on read or no response. This is really unprofessional and basically a SCAM, where they take your money and flee. Oh don't forget the unnecessary credit pull for a unit that's not even supposed to be up. Since I moved here *** been having nothing but problems with them they have not trying to resolve anything regarding my complains the manager is awful she just says Ill fix it then I ever do I literally have to keep complaining to them and calling them I shouldnt be doing that When I moved in here it was **** and something happen with my washer and dryer they didnt want to fix it until I called city city told them that they did not have license to have washer and dryer in my house so that they decided to take it away for me and lower my rent $100 so now I was paying **** and now they increase my rent to 10% and now Im paying **** thats way more than 10% and Im trying to explain to them that thats not correct and now Im getting mistreated and lied to from these people I ask them to show me the leverage of what Im paying and theyre telling me no youre still paying ********************************************************************* here not what they were told me I never signed any papers any documents if I wanted to stay here or not I have all the tax emails regarding all these problems they seem not to care about tenets and Im miserable here I need some justice I need somebody to help me I have three kids my husband only works so can somebody please help me to this point I dont even know what to doReview from Shaunda M

This company bought out a complex I lived in for 4yrs. And immediately evicted my family before they even completely took over. Along with every other black family that lived there. They completely violated my minor sons privacy by illegally recording him. They never answer the phone. Rejected my rent than charged a late fee. The attack and disrespect fromReview from Peter C

The worse management company in Long Beach, CA period. Whoever is working here is obviously neglecting future tenants. I've called multiple times for a whole month to no avail. Not until I got a text finally for the units i was interested in by a man name Manuel. Gave me a tour of the property and the whole time he was on his phone and didn't make eye contact ONCE. He also couldn't tell me anything about the unit ex. (sqft, ac, etc) It seemed like he did NOT want to do his job right. We also went to the garage area and he wanted me to stick my head inside the broken garage door since it was cracked open to get a look inside. So evidently, I don't know what this property management company is playing at but all i know is that they stay hiring shady unprofessional agents.
DO NOT WORK OR RENT FROM THESE SCUMBAGS. IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO CONTACT ME, LEAVE A MESSAGE.
