Hello, my name is ********************* and I would like to file a claim against Lodi Honda dealership service department for damage done to my rims. My vehicle is only serviced by a Lodi Honda, as my records can be looked up and seen that I am there on a timely manner for all of my maintenance. My last service was in June 2021 for an oil change and tire rotation. I have zero curb rash damage, my car is immaculate. I trust in Lodi Honda to have integrity, and quality while working on my vehicle. It took me this long to realize that there was damage, because Ive never assumed anything would happen to my car while in their care. Im in my 50s, partially disabled, I have no way of causing this damage to my vehicle. I have been dealing with ******* who has been giving me the runaround and extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and a liar. Immediately blamed me as the customer and says he cant imagine his employees damaging a customers car. I have photos for proof of the damage.Business response

The customer brought her vehicle to our facility, Lodi Honda, on June 5, 2021, for an oil change and tire rotation. Two months later, on August 10th, the customer contacted us to complain that her wheels had been scratched. Her concern was that the wheels were damaged while the vehicle was at our facility but did not bring it to our attention for more than 2 months. The fact that all 4 wheels were damaged, and that we service dozens of vehicles like hers every month, and have never had any kind of incident like this led us to believe that there was a possibility that this damage did not occur at our facility, and we only asked the customer to consider this as a possibility. The customer was adamant that the damage could not have occurred in any other way. Our tools are protected in a way to prevent any damage like what had occurred to her vehicle, and our technicians are trained in a way to prevent this from happening. The customer wanted her wheels replaced at no cost to her, which she was told was not a possibility, but we are willing to look into having them repaired. Unfortunately, the location of the damage to the wheels is not an easy fix and the wheels may need to be sent out for proper repairs. We have been attempting to work out a way to get the wheels repaired.
