This company has been asked to stop sending marketing to my address. They do not provide their real address information. The address on the form is **********************************. They are purchasing what I call dirty marketing list from brokers online. Twice they have sent this same form to my address under my dad's name. My dad has never lived in my home. When I spoke to the employee she said she'd remove his name and I told her that I have already asked for it to be removed and my address as well. I was put on hold and left there.Initial Complaint

A salesperson came to my Dad's home and lied to him about who he was and what he was selling. My Dad is elderly and doesn't always understand everything. He also lives in a senior trailer home park that has strong messaging against soliciting in the park. This salesperson targeted him because he is elderly and lives alone. He told him that ********* was buying out Dish Network and as a result, he needed to pick a new cable plan and get new equipment. Since my Dad currently had Dish, he assumed he needed to do this so he did. Once I found out, I called ********* and was informed this was a complete lie and that this company, Accell Marketing Incorporates, is a third-party seller of cable. ********* gave me a dealer code of NRXBE. This is not okay and elder abuse. I tried to call Accell Marketing but it is impossible to talk to someone and the line just dies. The sales person also told him they would cancel his Dish and bring a box to pick up the old equipment. Neither were done and my Dad was paying for two cable subscriptions.
