I have been a customer of ********************** since 2019. They installed my system and everything was good. I am aware that they filed for CH. ************************************************************************************************************** May 2022 I reached out to them bc two of our solar panels were cracked. Never heard back from them. Now our inverter (from Solar Edge) is no longer communicating bc of some cellular service termination. I was never informed about it. Now my solar isn't sending any communication NOR is it producing any energy for my home or the grid. I reached out to Solar Edge, but they said I have to speak with my installer, Petersen Dean. Petersen Dean states that they are no longe doing anything b/c they are liquidating, so good luck! Oh, and here is a link to 166 page website with about 10 court docs per page for you to read to figure out what you can do. This is such a cluster F for existing customers. This entire process has been mismanaged because it has failed to keep its current clients informed. Also, Petersen Dean was allowed to continue working, but yet they put off all their responsibilities. I am also informed that Solar Juice can take care of me but that they won't honor ANY warranties. Not to mention I still have $15K due on my exisiting system but now have to come out of pocket more because I got into business with a guy who made me feel like the knew what he was going bc he claimed he had "Socks older than all the other companies out there". Also don't bother asking their Epiq | ************ *************** Services how to file a claim as a customer, they won't tell you and just send you on a fools errand.

Got solar through petersen dean in early 2020. They filed bankruptcy before interconnect was completed, around june of 2020. My loan was financed through *********************** (SFC). I contacted SFC. with this issue on 11/6/2020, and they informed me that they would handle the interconnect issue for me without any extra charge to **** have made regular payments to *********************** since the loan was approved. After reaching out to Service finance company multiple times, they informed me that they had a company set and ready to finish my interconnect with no progress being made. Now im having a hard time just getting my representative from service finance company to return my calls or respond to emails.System has been installed. PG&E informed me that i need a 1 line diagram, interconnect documentation form from PG&E, and a interconnect fee to have my system turned on. I have requested a 1 line diagram from *********************** and have yet to receive it.I have reached out to multiple other solar companys to finish my interconnect. All of the companys have stated that they cant take on the interconnect issue because they didnt to the work.Sincerely,************************* ************ *********************

I have contacted the businesses listed as SolarJuice that have acquired PetersenDean contracts and have been informed mine was not absorbed in the consolidation. I have no idea who is monitoring my solar panels in the event theres disruption of service therefore feel Ive been harmed irreparably having spent over $25K and my panels are now worthless. I need some sort of resolution immediately.

I entered into contract with PetersenDean for a solar system (with battery) in October 2019. Based on their contracting, I had paid all but a few thousand dollars of the total price in January 2020. PetersenDean went into Chapter 11, and the residential contracts were sold to SolarJuice (same customer service phone number as ***********************. I have not been able to get any sort of a status update or timeline from SolarJuice since June of this year. E-mails and phone calls go unreturned. I am out tens of thousands of dollars, without a system, and am stuck in limbo. I need help to resolve my situation with PetersenDean/SolarJuice/Solar4America. At this point I either want a refund for what I've paid or delivery of my system in an agreed upon timeline.

************************* Installed my home Solar, they filed Bankruptcy recently. My Solar no longer works , yet I am paying over $200 a month to *********************** who it is financed through. I have tried calling, emailing ************************* with no success. Solar Juice America evidently purchase *************************, but I have been unsuccessful in getting a hold of them as well. I'm at a lost, I have no Solar producing and paying the finance company for nothing. Remove equipment or exsolve me a responsibility for paying finance company and allow me to show for another Solar service to take over my system.

SolarJuice has taken over Solar4America from PetersonDean as part of a chapter 11 bankruptcy settlement. I was told by several sources in January of 2021 that SolarJuice would be honoring my existing contract with PetersonDean for a residential solar/battery installation. I have been communicating with *********************** who is the Director of ************* for the past several months, she can be reached at ************ or ************************************** My last email was on 7/26/2021 with a follow-up phone call on 7/29/2021. I have not received a response to my latest communications. Attached you will find a timeline of this saga along with some bits of information from the PetersonDean and SolarJuice websites that I have found during this process.
