My company recently went through three different audits. After sending all the requested information, I was never contacted by your company again.I called the number on the audit letter and asked what information was needed. I sent everything that was requested.One of the clients had an entire claim taken back, yet the other two were completely fine. Again, all three clients had the exact same information submitted.I've reached out to Buckeye and even they told me that the money should not have been taken back.When I reached out to customer service I am either given the runaround or told they don't know how to help me.There's clearly some confusion and inconsistencies in your auditing process. W Why is information for one client okay and then for a different client it causes my company to have money taken back?Review from Ilona N

They keep calling me over and over, this is clearly a scam. I owe no money to anyone, and my student loan has been fully paid off.Review from James M

Fraud and threats. What ever government official approved this trash company should be fired and investigated.They threatened me and lied. They refused to refund a bad collection from a friend. Said he needed to contact the government agency. We contacted the local prosecutor and send the letter to them. No call or letter just a refund. Shame on the employees who make this corrupt company function.Review from Shawn S

This outfit biggest scam on the planet. Have been hired by ******** to 'audit' claims from Medical Providers. The bonus; if they can reverse a claim - they get part of the money already paid to a Provider (Physician, DME provider, etc). ******** patients essentially robbed of treatment and Medical Providers robbed of their time/efforts in caring for ******** patients. Quite insidious - and ******** endorsed.Any attorneys out there want to take these shysters on?? Class action suit - hundreds/thousands of Physicians, DME Providers & ******** patients would be ecstatic to see this bottom of the barrel company put out of business.Happy to get this going for you.
