I am very sorry to hear you’ve been back by the irritating company. I feel your pain. We’ve been fighting this company for a few years now we’ve called the FCC, the FBI and the Better Business Bureau or local police and anybody else that would listen. They have a similar name to us. It is not us we do not call to try to sell anything to customers, we are a small family owned used car operation. Please remove this from our file and good luck to you on getting them to quit calling you. If there’s anything I can do in the future feel free to respond back but we too have been trying too have been trying eliminate these people .Initial Complaint

On 7-7-22 I gone there to see a car but ended up with getting 2 trucks I gave them 39.650$ cash for the 2 of them the Ford f150 4x4 2014 was mine and with in a week the truck was having transmission problems I could not get it in to the Ford place to look and the truck they had nothing open for over a month I called them the gave my the guy they use and he can't do nothing til the 11 of the mouth and it could cost me 5.300 $ for a new transmission I have not had this truck 30 days and I have. Kt puta100 . miles on it they did.not even had the transmission looked at I have pick of the filter and it was in tha pan of the transmission and the oil was almost black and there was meTal in the pan from the transmission I want them to do the right thing and stop saying I did something to itBusiness response

Let me start with saying, I would love it it every car or truck that we sold never broke. We do our best in personally driving, taking to licensed repair shops for evaluation and we also offer every customer take all units to a Mechanic of their choice along with Insisting that all customers text drive unit before purchase to eliminate these types of issues. All that being said we can not tell future and do not have the ability to for see future events. This is why we offer service contracts for breakdown coverage. Now after looking at this deal and the history of conversations with staff a few things stick out to me. Customer has purchased the truck as is from us but did buy a service contract which does not look like has been used. If the truck is broken this is why we offer these types of services. Last I heard the transmission was fine but someone had inadvertently turned transfer case to neutral. If this isn’t the case truck needs to get to a licensed repair shop and call in to warranty company for authorization if needed. We all agree truck was driving perfect at time of sale with no diagnostic trouble codes. If help is needed finding a shop please call us we are happy to assist.Initial Complaint

This is for the Farmersville location. Purchased a vehicle on October 10,2021. Check engine light came on not even 30 days after purchase. 2 and half weeks to be exact. Notified the dealership In farmersville. They refuse to do anything. Now it 30days after purchasing. The vehicle is no longer functioning. What do we get when calling the dealership the manager ***** cursing Reminding us he’s the manager and he chooses who to help. Is this how they treat customers? Selling cars to get over on them? Not offering to fix it. Not offering a place where we would be able to go ourselves. But ***** will take the time to say calling him and talking in which he perceives is a disrespectful tone(when all your calling for is simple… help) so he sees the need to curse you out. And when asked ***** why are you cursing at me he will you remind you he’s the manager and he will decide who to help. This is really not acceptable. Where is the corporate number? And who is incharge of such behavior. Do other customers get treated the same way or are you bias against single females? Respond how you want because I’m 100% sure ***** will have a different tone with a male. I’d like to return the car. Nothing less or more I want nothing to do with dealers choice I’m farmersville or any other location.Business response

First of all let me start with explaining we wished that everything we ever sell or have ever sold never broke down. As much as we try to check used cars out they sometimes do. I see two separate issues with your complaint, so I would like to try to address both separately. First is the running condition of your suv. This being said I am already aware of this unfortunate event of a check engine light coming on I was informed of it two days ago and had already scheduled an appointment for the suv to be looked at for you. The salesperson ***** had already left you messages to try to get your suv into the shop for a diagnostic check. I have also pulled out records of the unit before your purchase which confirmed that it was smogged at license smog shop which confirms no stored or pending codes could have been in at that time. This is still something we are willing to do to get more information. If the car is not running now let’s get an address so we can get it towed to the shop. I wished we were able to get back in touch with you so the next issue hadn’t arose.That takes me to you next complaint at no time do we or have we ever treated everyone different for any race, sex, marriage status or any other circumstance.I have spoke with manager and will be addressing any cursing. This isn’t company policy nor is it acceptable, so this I apologize for. Now to try to finish what was trying to be explained by **** after hours when all shops are closed there isn’t anything we can do after 5 o’clock at night and maybe not today with it being a holiday. We understand this it is terrible any time your car is inoperable but we will be happy to try to assist. This is done in the spirit of good will not because we have to, the car was sold as is and we always give a opportunities to take car to mechanic before purchase, and offer extended service contracts to cover unexpected breakdowns because we do not have a crystal ball and can’t foresee the future. We also have a lot of signatures to make sure everyone understands all terms of contracts and all risk involved. Now as for as returning the suv we can not do this for multiple reasons including sales tax, financing etc. I have instructed ***** your sales person to contact you ASAP to schedule that tow truck as soon as shop opens if you still would like to do that. Thank you for your time. Do to the bad experience with manager please speak only to ***** and he will report directly to me on this deal thank you.
