InMode sales folks are very slick. But they overpromise; do not necessarily deliver. When the sale is done and they have your money, it is unfortunate being YOU. Furthermore, their sales pitch on the Morpheus is that you can treat all skintones: They need to STOP stating this. Only a select few skintones can be treated with Morpheus 8 without requiring significant pretreatments. Most reputable plastic surgeons that I have talked to refuse to treat most skintones with Morpheus 8. Furthermore, this is now old technology; it is being replaced by Ellacor, which actually can be used on all skintones. Please do your research before even considering InMode.Review from abdul j

The evolve x doesnt work. InMode doesnt care. Warranty doesnt help. The finance company they advised me To used lied about the interest rate on the device. Device doesnt give results and breaks often. They also wont share clinical studies.Review from Carol S

They get zero stars from me. Terrible customer service. Terrible warranty service. Slippery snakes for sales people. Do not partner with Inmode. Zero integrity, zero zero zero.

I have been an Inmode customer for 2 years. I purchased the Optimus platform with the Morpheus8. After spending ******* with them they now refuse to sell me a cradle for Lummeca handpiece unless I spend thousands to "certify" with them. Goodbye InMode. I have been negotiating with them another device. They can say goodbye to another ******* sale.Review from Trent C

Inmode is highest pressure sales company I have ever experienced. The sales person explained to us that we would be leasing the equipment from them and if things didn't work out we could just return the equipment no questions asked. Not long after we received the equipment we found out we had signed up for a high interest loan instead of a lease. After that the loan was sold 2 different times. We never received any help on this matter from Inmode. The equipment never provided noticeable results and we were forced to turn the machine back into the lender and now face bankruptcy. Never trust inmode or any of there equipment, all they want to do is sell equipment and never be seen again.
