When we originally did the first walk through with Enrique R******** he told us that the building in the back was gonna be fixed to be usable (which was the main reason for my interest in the property), that they were gonna be putting ac wall units in each bedroom and in the living room, that they were gonna do landscaping and remove the stuff behind the building in the back and redo the fence dividing the the property from the neighbors because it was damaged and falling down, and the two good size holes in the stucco on the side of the house, weather stripping for the entry doors as well. When we did the walk through we were told all of these things were gonna be done. Enrique walked the house with us and took pictures of the issues and some of the defects so we weren’t gonna be blamed for them. So we went ahead and signed the lease agreement. The only thing they have followed through with and addressed is the stucco, we have contacted Enrique, and Kendall A******* several times and have been told they will look into getting it done and after no follow through I have contacted them several times and have been ignored since then with no further responses on the matters. It has been 5 months now and still being ignored and nothing has been done, not even a no response. The operations manager Yesenia Sandoval sent a email about by-yearly maintenance on ac filters and batteries on the co2/smoke detectors and dryer vents being cleaned and checked and we are responsible for replacing batteries and filters. I responded that we never got the ac units installed like we were told before signing the lease agreement and that’s going on 2 weeks now with no response. I feel like as soon as we signed the lease agreement they put the issues on the back burner hoping we forget or not bring it up. Definitely not happy with the way they have/are doing business. Seems like we will have to talk to a lawyer to see what our options are with this, we feel taken advantage of.

We are sorry that certain things didn't get done right away. On this property, we did a major remodel to prepare it to rent. The cost went over budget and we needed to get the owners approval to spend a substantial more to install new AC. It took a while before we could meet up with the owner and settle the outstanding charges and get his approval and funding to install the AC. We have accomplished that now and the process has begun to get the AC installed. It should be installed in the next few days.
