    Thus company is ludicrous. I ordered vitamins because my husband has a kidney illness, which typically indicate urgency, right? I made my order on April 25th, and im still waiting for the product. I have since reached out and asked for a refund, or my product. Neither has shown up yet. It's mid July. Do not do business with them.

    On 05/15/2025 I placed an order for 3 bags of the Kidney herbal tablets. The money was taken from my account promptly. To this day I have received nothing. When I send text I get no response. Who ca I call or what can I do

    This is my second time ordering with Cosmic Cell Foods aka Cosmic Wellness. The first order I placed was June 1, I had to contact them 3 weeks later on June 25th to find out the status of my order. I was informed that it would get pushed up in their system so that its sent out in the next 8 days. It took another 3 weeks before I finally received the order. The product was good so and I thought perhaps that was just a one time situation where they may have had a delay shipping so I decided to order another product that I was interested in trying, ********** Liquid - Blood Purification. I placed my order Jan 24th and here we go again. 3 weeks later I message for an update on my order and again I'm told it would be pushed up in their system and shipped out in 8 days and still nothing. I really wanted to support this company but unfortunately there shipping and handling time is unacceptable for any business selling supplements. There is no turning back on this one, Unfortunately, I will no longer be able to support this business in the future.

    I placed an order with Cosmic Cell Wellness on September 6, 2024. I was in the hospital and decided to purchase some of their vitamins for its healing powers. I never received my order. I continued contacting them about my order up until December 2024 when I requested a refund. They responded to my email each time. Initially the response was that because they make the vitamins in small batches, the orders take longer. The next response was basically an apology saying that they had to change their ordering system. Each time there was an excuse but still no product. When I requested the refund on December 6, 2024 they agreed and stated that I would receive an email once my refund was processed. No such email has ever come, nor has my refund been issued. They are practicing bad business over there. I really wanted to support them, but 4 months is unacceptable. At the very least, they should be swiftly willing to issue my refund, since they can not produce my order.

    I placed a first order with cosmic cell foods on August 1st when three weeks went by I emailed them and they said they were taking long because they were still making everything fresh, I received an email on August 30th that my order was shipped so I decided to make a second order the problem is I never got the order they said they shipped the tracking link never worked and they didnt answer my email anymore, their website is not working and theres no response at all, its almost 4 months and Im not sure they are sending the products which I dont want anymore or a refund. The whole thing is a total scam.

    I placed an order with cosmic cell food on July 29, 2024. I purchased 10 items totaling the amount of $232.01. I have reached out to this business on multiple occasions via ********, Instagram, TikTok and email. I received a generic response on ******** messenger telling me each and every time that Ive reached out to them that my package will be sent out next week. No one ever responds to me via email. This business is very unprofessional and Im beginning to believe that theyre running scams and taking peoples money. Please do not buy from this company

    I put in three different orders in June of this year and only received one order in October. They still owe me 3 bags of their nerve product. One was a double bag. About $129. They keep saying they will honor it but don't. I saved all order receipts

    **Date of Transaction**: - August 25, 2024 **Amount Paid**: - $67.44 **Business Commitment**: - The company committed to delivering the products: "IRON POWER LIQUID - FAST ACTING ************** PURIFICATION" and "Lymphatic Herbal Tablets - One of The Body's Most Important Systems."**Nature of the Dispute**: - Despite placing the order on August 25, 2024, and being charged for it, the items have not been received by October 13, 2024.- Contact with the company's customer support revealed the order was supposedly being expedited, but no further updates were provided, and no products have been received.**Business's Attempt to Resolve**: - Initial contact with customer support resulted in a promise to expedite the order, but this was weeks ago, and follow-up inquiries have received no response.**Advertising**:- The company is actively advertising on social media platforms, including Instagram, where I initially saw their advertisements.- They are still promoting sales through these marketing channels despite apparent delivery issues.**Additional Concerns**: - A review of the Better Business Bureau suggests that other customers are experiencing similar issues, with some even waiting months without receiving their products or updates from the company.

    Hello,I placed an order w/this business due to health issues & truly believed their claims to assist w/healingmy 1st order #**** was placed on 5/17/24 & that was for $356.23 & I paid $28.00 for priority shippingI placed another order#**** on 5/27/24 for $160.08 & paid $12.85 for priority shippingAfter waiting a month & not receiving anything I reached out to what was going on especially b/c I was moving on 7/15/24 & expected that I would have my products way before I was planning to moveThey reached back out to me & said they were pushing my orders up ahead in the system & sending it right outThey actually sent me a notification of combining both orders & that everything would b sent @ the same time & the supposed ability to track this orderI followed the order for about 3days on this tracking # & after the 3rd day,the system said this tracking # no longer existsI reached out about 3 more times w/absolutely NO response yet & no products & no refund:(I told them that was ALOT of money I spent & I did not have that to just throw away & Im still getting email advertisements of their discounts everyday & their on FB advertising still in business taking peoples hard earned moneyI dont see how they continue to get away w/this!
