I placed an order with this company on May 1, 2024. I still have not received the products I ordered. I received confirmation of my order on May 1, 2024 and the company received payment immediately. On May 13, 2024 I received an email that the shipment was on the way. As of June 10, 2024, I have not yet received my products. I emailed the company several times requesting a refund and the response I received was they could not issue a refund due to the fulfillment stage it was in. The company stated in an email there was a delay in shipping and that all orders will be shipped no later than May 31. I responded I did not want the products any longer because I had purchased the items for a specific event and the event had already passed. Once again, I requested a full refund. They responded they could not issue a full refund due to the order being in the final stage of fulfillment. The option they gave me was to simply refuse the package upon delivery or return it for a refund once it is received. I received an email on May 26, 2024, stating my order had arrived and was delivered. I emailed the company again on June 2, 2024, and informed them that my order was never delivered. They provided bogus tracking information, there was no package shipped or delivered. On June 6, I received another email saying there was unexpected demand which has led to a delay in processing and shipping orders from their fulfillment center. They asked that I now give them till no later than June 19, 2024, to ship my order. I responded to the company that I do not agree to their request, and I want a full refund; I no longer need nor want the products. This company continues to lie to me about the status of my order and cannot fulfill their orders in a timely manner, yet they received payment immediately. They also continue to send me marketing emails and text messages about products for me to purchase. Something needs to be done about this issue, this is not acceptable.
