I purchased a painting with both cats and dogs having wings on a dock. when I reviewed my purchase all animals had wings. When I received the painting only the dogs had wings. I sent a note to the company and received a nasty note saying I must have not paid attention and ordered the wrong thing and they will not fix the issue or give me a refund.Business response

I placed an order for two personalized mugs from Unifury on November 14 2021. I received an email regarding the account I created with them and fury awards. I never received an order confirmation, however, they took the payment out of my account through their PayPal account. I tried to put in a ticket with the company to find out what happened but theyve made it to where the ticket is as hard as possible to submit ** theyve put pop-up ads on the page. When you click send, it does nothing and tells you the catchca was not verified when in fact it was because it says you are not a robot!Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 12/2/21 for a custom mug. The money was taken from my account, but j did not receive an order number or confirmation number of any sort. After 2 weeks of no update, I reached out to see where my order was. I was told without an order number there was nothing they could do, and continued to ignore my emails after.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase at the beginning of October. It was finally "shipped" out on or around October 14. It supposedly arrived at the local post office where it has been pending acceptance for almost 2 weeks with nothing being done to resolve the matter. At first I was understanding since I know the post office is struggling, but two weeks with no update at all is unacceptable. I've tried to get Unifury to resolve this matter and now they've stopped responding to all emails since I demanded a refund. Calling them is impossible as no one answers the phone. By reading complaints, it seems I'm not the only one who has had any type of issues, which makes me wonder if I was scammed. All I want is my money back.Business response

This company has had since October 22 to "investigate" what is going on. The only thing I continue to hear from them is they need more time. It does not take that amount of time to contact the post office where my package is supposedly at to figure out of it's there or not. They continue to ignore me when I request a refund, and they have until Monday to either update me or refund my money before I take further legal action.Business response

I do not accept this companies response. If they had been "investigating" this entire time they would know the delivery date changes daily to whatever day it it. For example, today it says it will be delivered today, Sunday, it stated it would be delivered Sunday, Saturday it said it would be delivered Saturday, so on and so forth. Yet the shipping progress STILL says package is pending acceptance. I am done trying to resolve this dispute with this company, I have now handed it over to my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back. I have all the proof they need to back up my claim, and funny enough this company has NEVER offered to give me my money back, nor have they ever offered to reship the item,which I wouldn't have accepted anyway,and most companies by now would have already done at least offered to reship the item just to resolve the matter. All I keep hearing from them is requesting more time, yet nothing is ever done, and they simply ignore my request for a refund. If I have to take this to court, I will surely do so. I will not simply "cut my losses."Customer response

I ordered an 8x10 canvas. I previewed the customization and all was good. When I paid for the canvas, it now read 16x20. This is much too large for my purpose and I was charged for the larger. In the preview, it was clearly marked 8x10. I want a refund or the 16x20 canceled and renewed with ********.Business response
