    I purchased two pendant lights from **************************, choosing them based on site images that portrayed the lights in home environments. When selecting different sizes, the site did not change the photo display to show the size differences. When the 16" pendant arrived, I was shocked by its disproportionate size for my kitchen island. I revisited the site and noticed images that made the product appear much smaller and proportional to the space, misleading me into believing it would fit my space well.Upon realizing the mismatch, I attempted to return the pendants. However, the return process requires calling Lightopia, which is challenging due to my job obligations and travel schedule. After calling within their specified period, Lightopia denied the return, stating I had exceeded the deadline, despite my limitations and the confusion caused by the misleading images. When I mentioned this to them, they started to remove or disable images from the site, which I documented for evidence.This process has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming, impacting my work and creating additional stress. I still have two oversized pendants that do not fit my space, and Lightopias initial willingness to accept the return was reversed without clear reason. I am now left with two lights unsuitable for my space. I am requesting support for a return and refund due to the misleading images, which I can provide photos of as evidence if needed.Attached are the pictures when they tried to move if off. It is my prove they were proceeding in a wrong way.

    RETURN RUNAROUND, just horrible !!! Ordered 2 wall sconces from Lightopia and need to return them because transformer mounted on the outside of the wall bracket. I have a shallow wall light box on a older home, in which the transformer will NOT fit, just won't work! Called them multiple times, given the runaround, I need to return, they told me I have to wait for approval with vendor, no email received confirming return, no approval received, been waiting for over a week, absolutely nothing! The 2 lights were NOT installed, just 1 box was opened to see transformer on bracket. Complete BS. STAY AWAY !!!

    Hello!I purchased a light for $2,793.19 on December 31st, 2022 through Lightopia . They shipped me the package and per ****** it was delivered on January 6th. I immediately called Lightopia to report I did not receive the package, and they are unwilling to work with me on a replacement. I checked ***** which confirms delivery receipt, however when I look at the photo, it appears there are packages located outside at a door. I cannot confirm that it is MY front door as its a town home and all my neighbors have similar front doors. They want me to go to the police, I cant confirm it was stolen either since I didnt see anyone do it and cant confirm it was delivered appropriately. They are stating they are unable to replace the item because the vendor doesnt require a signature on delivery and its not their fault. They are passing the blame/buck. It was a very pricy piece and Im frustrated that they are unwilling to help with this, I literally never received the item. We went back and forth through email a bit, which I attached some of the conversations however, as a business, if they are shipping items and do not require a signature, I dont think I should be the one to pay for it if I dont receive the item. Please help. I would have LOVED to sign for the package to ensure its delivery, which was not offered as an option, therefore, I feel that they are at blame here and should replace it.
