*********** refuses to remove my email address from their mailing list. I don't want to receive their emails. I signed up on their website, because I was about to buy something, but then I decided not to. I want ***************** and my phone number ************ permanently removed. Company sent a tarp/gazebo cover which would not fit our 10x10 gazebo. Upon protracted emails back and forth incl delays around just how the refund would be processed, finally sent a prepaid return label that was good for 5 business days. Due to a variety of reasons i could not follow up (incl having to pack it densely in a small box). At the 10 day ***** and twice thereafter, i requested for new label or renewed labels that expire some days out. Received no response till date and now saddled with an item we did not need due to company returns mismanagement/inaction.Initial Complaint

1. The item was advertised as an air conditioner; however, it's a humidifier. With temperatures of 90° and above, we don't need a humidifier. 2. I tried contacting the company, but the phone number given automatically rejects the call. 3. I tried returning the item, apparently I would have to pay the shipping charges.Initial Complaint

Hi accidentally ordered a $95 item from https://thelashop.com/ and it I was just one wrong click and I ordered and then I texted them immediately trying to get my money back and cancel the order and they rushed to get it sent out and now there's no tracking order but they claim they sent it out and so I asked to send me a tracking number so I can get my money back once it gets here and returns it and nothing And I have also as well read many reviews with similar problems so I'm really really not happyBusiness response
