      I placed an order on the 27th of march. All items on the website stated a 4-7 day shipping time. To this date I have not received my order, a tracking number, or any reason for the delay. I have made 3 separate attempts to contact the company and have received no response. I have resorted to filing a BBB complaint as it is clear the company does not intend on honoring their end of the deal in shipping my products I have purchased.

      We ordered a Wheel bundle from Fanatec in January, we quickly found out that it wasn't what we had hoped it would be from a quality standpoint, we reached out to **************** and were given an address where we could return ship the merchandise. We shipped to the location on ********* CA at our own expense only to have the package arrive and the location closed. *** found another location in ***** and shipped it there based on information they received from Fanatec. Unfortunately Fanatec **************** will not acknowledge that they have the returned merchandise and we only get an automated response to email. We've tried calling and leaving voice mail but the box is full. All we want is a refund for the merchandise that we shipped back to them, so that we can move on. Their **************** is horrible. I've been sending emails every three days for the past 6 weeks and have not gotten a single response. Do not do business with this company. As I've done more research, I found many forums where they have just taken people money or haven't fulfilled their orders correctly. Just poor business practices. AVOID them at all costs.

      Transaction Date - 3/16 Estimated Shipping Date - 3/27 Notification of MONTH LONG DELAY - 3/26 Customer Support Tickets Submitted - 15 Responses from Fanatec Customer Support - 0 As the above lays out, Fanatec notified me of a MONTH LONG DELAY the *** BEFORE my order was supposed to ship out. I then proceeded to reach out via their customer support form (which is literally hidden on their website, you have to ****** search for it). I have submitted upwards of ***** support forms, and have not heard ANYTHING back. Not an automated email, not any acknowledgement of my complaints and my issues. Nothing from Fanatec's side.

      I recently preordered a sim racing wheel from this company on the 21st of March, 2024. When I ordered the date it was supposed to come out was March 26th or 27th 2024. On that date I received an email stating my the container it was on was delayed until the 30th of April, 2024. From then until now April 11th, 2024 I have received 1 automated update as to why however when I go to check the status it only says in progress through ***** ground but there is not a tracking number to use. I feel like something shady is going on because when you go to their website it shows everything as in stock and as soon as you order it gives you a , sorry your order has been delayed, email. This has happened to multiple people not just me just go look at their forum. You send an email and just get an automated response back which if the item were of smaller value would be fine but for something this pricy I would expect to be talking to an actual person. And thats if they email you back as it has been 3 weeks since I last sent them one and nothing. Also as of yesterday I tried to cancel my order but I have no clue if it actually cancelled or not and some people are complaining that they have been waiting for months to get their money back.

I replied trying to explain but I got no response.CRM:000021800004330 --December 19th 2023 CRM:000021800004433 shipping number ************ I am told that the QR2 Base-side has been reshipped to me (partial *******) Support did not read my email since it was my intention to return this item. I replied trying to explain but I got no response.--January 2 2023 CRM:*************** I am asked to return the products, one of which Fanatec Has, the second one (that Fanatec reshipped to me) is already on the way to Fanatec after I refused from ****** I replied same day trying to fix the issue but again no response.CRM: *************** --January 23 2023 (Contact on January 16th)CRM:000000700501134 I tried contacting customer support portal, got an automatic email to which I replied to and got no response.--Other tickets I have created CRM:000022300010082 CRM:000013400008063

      I purchased a large order of sim racing equipment from Fanatec. One of the component is a DD2 base, during transportation of the equipment, the top cover plate of the base came off and went missing. I have been reaching out to Fanatec for the past 3 months to get a replacement part. They did not respond to any of my social media direct messages, nor respond to my emails in a timely manner. So far, I still have not received a confirmation on replacement part availability or delivery date. Business needs a better customer service team.

      1) Ordered product in November 2023. Email said shipped to warehouse a couple of days later. No further communication from the company, no answered calls or emails until product arrived a few days before Christmas.2) Product did not work when opened on Christmas day. 3) Spent 3 months trying to work with Fanatec to resolve.4) Threatened legal action and got an RMA return form. 5) One month later. No communication or response from the company and no refund. This company has now had my money for nearly five months. I will never do business with them again. There are other company's with a good reputation.6) Tomorrow I am filing court papers.

      Fanatec (Endor) has ignored my request for a return and refund of my order. Their refund policy can be found here (******************************************************) and states that they will accept returns and issue refunds within 14 days of receiving their products.I originally ordered 10/15/2023 and tried to cancel via their website but was not able to so I filed a dispute through Paypal on 12/7/2023 and again requested cancellation of my order on 12/11/2023 with no word back. On 12/24/2023 I received the items, however I was unsatisfied with the customer service so I requested a return for the items on the same day.Since then I have only received an email stating that they have forwarded my case to the sales management team on 12/28/2023. I have sent them several emails since and have not received any replies.My order number is *******, placed on 10/15/2023

      I purchased a package of 3 items from fanatec's website on 2/4/2024. There was a delay in shipment and the order was fulfilled on 3/1/2024. I received the order on 3/6/2024, however, I had decided to return the products. I submitted my request via Fanatecs website on 3/6/2024. I received a reply on 3/7/2024 from '******' asking to confirm I wanted to proceed and return the items. I replied but on 3/7/24 that I did want to return order #*******. I received an automated message about potential delays in response time. On 3/12/24 (5 days later) I 'replied all' to the original email from ******. Again, stating I wanted to return order #******* and to please respond with next steps details. Again, an automated email was sent back with the same potential delay information. On 3/21/24 I replied again that I wanted to return and get a refund. adding I needed further information on next steps, where to send etc.. Again, I have only received an automated email stating someone will get back to me. We are now well past the 15 day return window and I still have not heard back from anyone since the original email from ****** on 3/7/24. All I want is a full refund and to know where to send the products.

      I would like to cancel my order that Fanatec has not shipped to me. Their customer service email reply said orders take 1-3 days to process and it has been 9 days. Their customer services says they cannot cancel orders for technical reasons. I either want my product shipped or my order canceled and my money back.
