I purchased ballistic safety glasses on June 24th. After testing them out, they did not perform to expectations. I heavily researched this purchase before hand, and after I discover that they are deleting all negative reviews (including mine), which is illegal and I filed with the **** Upon sending them an email with complaints and asked if they are deleting negative reviews, the entirety of the response was:"I wear them everyday and they're awesome, but I have a larger head. Good luck to you ****************** is not only performing illegal and unethical marketing practices, they apparently outright refuse any form of customer service.Business response

The customer purchased our Recon Ballistic sunglasses on June 24, 2023. He stated that soon after recieving the glasses he noticed that they didn't seem to fit correctly - they were too big for his head size. But instead of returning them within 30 days for a refund, he wore them for 3 months and then discarded them. On October 9, 2023 he submitted a review and we promptly responded to him stating that on the Product Page it clearly states the glasses are designed for Large to X-Large head sizes. His review included several baseless and false accusations regarding our company. In light of this we reserve the right to withhold such reviews. Regardless, we have refunded the customer a 100% of the purchase price including shipping costs.Initial Complaint

$68.91 My order #******* I informed the business that the shipping address was wrong before it was sent. It was sent to ***** ******** *** * ******** ********* ********** ***** it was supposed to be delivered to **** ******** ****** ********* ******* ********** *****. I reached out to the company via email for a refund because I never received the product I ordered. They refused to refund me, after asking several times they offered to refund half. I don't think it's reasonable to refuse to refund an unhappy customer and would like a full refund for the order I never received.
