In October of 2023 when purchasing a car they included in the financials Stargard GPS for $1,000. They explained this would protect the car in case of theft so that it would be easily located.Considering it has GPS, it consistently shows the incorrect address where the car is parked 99% of the time.I received an alert saying the car had been moved, so I checked the garage and there it was! It had not been moved and was still showing the incorrect address on the alert. I contacted the company as they claim 24/7 assistance and received no answer. I let it ************* but no answer. Tried several times...this was on a weekend...but they CLAIM 24/7 assistance.BIG WASTE OF MONEY. Poor customer service and clearly lying about their 24/7 assistance.Initial Complaint

On April 3 2021 I bought a brand new Kia ** from ***************. I bought the option to install Stargard GPS in my car just in case my car was stolen. Stargard claims to be able to track and locate your vehicle 24 hrs. a day 7days a week 365 days a year. Well this morning I logged into my Stargard account because my car was stolen so I could find out where it was. The website said that the last known location for my car was recorded 216 days ago and know location history for the entire time Ive owned the vehicle had been recorded. I called Stargard to see if they could fix the problem and was told there is nothing that the person on the phone could do and they would forward the problem to whoever could fix it. No one has called me back and no one seems to know anything. The people answering the phone seem like they know absolutely nothing about anything related to Stargard. I'm beyond furious and without a car now and I trusted my brand new car with this company and they have failed to provide the services they claim to provide.Initial Complaint

servicio de rastreo de vehiculos que me vendieron en el dealer de ***************.Me robaron el automovil en ******* y dicen que el servicio no cubre fuera de **************.Pero ni siquiera me pueden ayudar a extender la cobertura para encontrar mi automovil robado.Me dijeron que estaban trabajando para buscar una solucion pero no se comunican para ****** tienen mas de un mes que no tienen comunicasion conmigo.
