Hired them to install a pool. Multiple damages made to personal property with no repayment for loss or resolution of fixing damages. Made verbal agreement, which in ******************* is a legal binding agreement, to have jacuzzi moved and hooked up by San Diego pools. SD pools is now requesting further payment for previous inclusion of project.

We started a pool project in August of 2021 and to this date the pool is not complete. They told us the pool would be complete by December 2021! Here we in March (2022) and theres still no end to the project; excuse after excuse and they blame everything on COVID. We understand that the pandemic has affected the entire world, but this is ridicules! There have been weeks when no one shows up to work on site at all and when they do show up they work for 1-2 hours! Its clear why there is no progress. There is no integrity or work ethic with this company and communication is scarce unless they need more money then theyre on it! I eventually reached out to **** the President of the company; there was a glimpse of hope and it seemed that we were making some progress but unfortunately that was just false promises. There has been no more follow up from ***** the project is at a complete HALT, the tile is NOT done, coping is not done, here we are and no pool! . This is our first pool and the communication from the company has been horrible, they act like we know the steps and process. You would think that spending 100K would get you top quality but it doesnt. It was all talk for the beginning; our salesperson sold us with his incredible used car salesman techniques! We were so happy to be hiring such a reputable company, boy were we wrong If you look at the **** reviews youll quickly see how this company is going down quickly, they continue to let their customers down and continue to make a name (not a good one) for themselves. We want the pool project to be complete and an adjustment in the price, since the delays have cost us money with other projects that have been at hold because of the delays in the pool.Business response
