Extremely happy with card..I purchased another a few years ago and also was happy with that one. My bank changed the number and expire date out of the blue months later? Fortunately, the company stood behind product and made another with the new number and expire date!! ******* *

The entire process is written out and will be questionable without reviews like this. I along with many others went for it and since i've received it is freaking awesome and happy. Metal card with cool design. Turn around time and card came in great quality and worksmanship. I started doing business with this company 3+ years ago and I just order 5 more metal cards this month (Sept. 2023). They are fast & secure also their product has lasted until my cards exp. date (4-5 yrs). That's why this is now my second time ordering. Let me start by saying I work retail and have for 7 years. I'm not a ***** millionaire who wants to be flashy. I just want to establish that I work with the public and understand the business side of these services. Anyways, I had debated getting a metal card for some time but about two weeks ago pulled the trigger and went with MCC. Sent in my current card and got it back in metal form with no issue.However, after that it has been nothing but problems. First, when using my card online I noticed a number was incorrect on the card. This was not intentional and I did not request it. I called MCC, and after about 5 or so attempts (they don't let you leave a voicemail, it just sends you back into the main menu after a while) I gave up. ***** (the owner), later called me back and I discussed my issue with him. He was nice, and eventually after a bit of discussion told me that a digit being off can actually help with fraud. I wasn't 100% convinced but it made sense to me and he informed me as well that the chip could not be removed from the metal card either so this was the next best solution.After this, it just got worse. I tried using the card via inserting the chip at 3 locations and each time it failed. At this point I just wanted a refund as I had lost all confidence in MCC from the number issue and the chip failure. I texted the number on the site and no response. I e-mailed on 1/17/23 and they e-mailed back stating that they could perform a return but that I would be responsible for shipping back to them. This wouldn't bother me if it was just a return, but my item was wholly defective and now I will need to get an entire new card from my bank just to use a debit card. Additionally, if you read their terms they will deduct their shipping costs from the return as well. I figured enough was enough and I turned to PayPal to resolve my dispute as thankfully I paid through them so I am protected on my end. I'm waiting on further action now to receive my refund.Review from Chris M.

It took me way to long to decide to go through with this. I wish I had done it years ago. I've followed them on IG for along time and the process was fast and painless. Turnaround time was really quick and they had great communication for every step of the way. I had a complex design element and they hit a Home Run getting what I wanted on the card. Awesome service! I am a repeat customer and love the cards. They are sturdy and durable. There was a chip error (it happens) on my first card a few years ago and the customer service response was quick and easy. Not only did they replace the card for free, but they also included an extra gift for a future purchase. The definitely get customer service right!Metal-CreditCard.com Response
