    I interviewed with this company. I can tell you from experience that this is NOT a reputable business. They're an MLM "opportunity" trying to get independent contractors to pay fees to recruit and sell services under their name. STAY FAR AWAY!

    Thank you for your review. You are incorrect, you did not interview with my company as we do not "hire" independent contractors. More than likely, you attended a presentation about the Evolution Travel program where you can own your own home-based business for only $89 a ******** joining the Evolution Program, you can earn up to 90% of the commissions paid by travel suppliers on bookings you process through Archer Travel. ********* is a ******************** and although it is a ************************* you are never required to recruit anyone into the program.If you responded to an advertisement for an employee position, please forward that information to our company as this is not compliant with our policy.     Thank you for your response. However, your characterization of the situation is both inaccurate and misleading.I applied for a position that was advertised on LinkedIn under the name "Escapes by ******", clearly listed as an independent contractor opportunity for a travel agent. Nowhere in the posting did it mention that this was part of a network marketing or direct sales program. After being prompted by ****** to schedule an "interview" to learn more about the opportunity, I attended what turned out to be a recruitment webinar for Evolution Travel.This presentation was hosted by someone else, and participants were instructed to text their attendance to the person who originally contacted them which I did. Attempts to get clarification afterward from ****** went unanswered. Misrepresenting a sales opportunity as a job interview, especially on platforms like ******** where job seekers are expecting legitimate employment listings, is deceptive. Whether or not you "hire" independent contractors is beside the point the listing gave the clear impression of a job opportunity, not a paid ************* review stands to warn others who are applying in good faith and deserve transparency. Glossing over these facts by calling it a home-based business or minimizing the network marketing aspect does not change the experience job seekers are actually having.

    I have signed up for so many different companies trying to earn an income online. Well, it happened. I searched one last time in January of 2024 for something I could do from home without an Ethernet cord. Without a home office. Something I could take anywhere in the world. By march if 2024 I decided becoming a travel agent was the new venture and I havent looked back I made my very first sale within 3 months using their wholesale vendor! (Instant commissions). Although I have decided to focus on becoming a mentor more than selling travel, I have been amazed by the amount of support I get (personal choice, my hands are full and I can only focus so much energy on the business). After deciding to become a mentor, I have started training within my team. Its always been my dream to lead people. To teach. To be a motivational speaker. Im getting that opportunity and love it!! If youre on the fence about this company, just take the leap! Just do it!

    I joined the business with Archer just over a year ago and it has transformed my life! They have EVERYTHING you need to be a successful travel entrepreneur, even if you have zero experience, and that's why their commissions are the highest in the industry because they have spent 70 years building relationships with all of the tops suppliers. Not only is this a monster travel agency that receives praise from all of the top vendors in the world every year, but most importantly this is a family, that supports, encourages, and lifts up its agents. In my first year as a travel agent with Archer I went to *******, ************, ************, *******, ********************, *********, ******, ******************** again, *********, ********, **************, ******, *******, and ******, *******, and into 2025 I have *****, ***********, ***********, ******, ******, *****, and ****** in the works!!

    I joined the team around two years ago, coming in with little knowledge about host agencies or the travel industry, apart from my passion for exploring new places! Once I discovered that I could enjoy the benefits and discounts of being a travel agent, I decided to take the plunge. I couldn't be happier with my choice. In my first year, I focused on booking my own travels. Then, last year, I began arranging trips for others occasionally. There are countless training opportunities and events available, which can feel overwhelming. Fortunately, all the training sessions are completely free, and my professional organization allows me to count these trainings as PDUs! It truly is a win-win situation for me! This year, I attended the convention, and I know that next year, I won't miss it for anything! It's amazing that they are able to trust individuals using their name to get access to the vendors and all other travel agents that this seriously and the team we have formed is amazing, I will never leave! I am confident that paying the monthly fee, allows me to have access to the best in the business since this is a huge host agency. I have a lot of opportunities for tax write offs, too! I am a technical consultant and I also am a 1099 there, so it's no different. A lot of people do it today. I have to pay a fees for health insurance for that company and it is wayyy more than here and it's affordable. Really sacrifice is that I have to "eat out" one less night with my friends. Plus, I do not have an hourly boss cutting down my throat so that he can get ahead with his career and botch mine! I am my OWN DESTINY here and Evolution Travel makes sure I succeed!

    My husband and I wanted to get into the travel industry. We didn't know a lot about who's who, but we feel so blessed to have found Archer Travel and Evolution Travel. It was really the best decision for us! Now we have our home base agency and love being travel agents. They are awesome to work with and always so supportive if we need assistance. Many safe travels ahead!
