I will NEVER order from this company again. I ordered an blazer in Lollypop Red and it was really pink, not red at all. The picture in the catalog and online showed red. I kept it to avoid not sending it back. I then decided to order white slacks and what I received was a white T shirt that was placed in the bag addressed to me, but no slacks and the shirt was from ***** ** and not my name nor account #. After 3 calls and 3 hrs on the phone I was assured I would receive my slacks by Thursday, lol, I doubt they will be here until Saturday if I am lucky as it is Tuesday and they were to ship yesterday. I had to fight with them over their fuzzy math as they were going to charge me more than they should. I love their clothes, but will not order from them again. No way to talk to a person in the States and I am unable to find a working phone # for corporate in the States. Even the stateside Corporate address they gave me is nonexistent. I hate to even give them one star.Review from Judi N

Ordered items and credit card was charged 4 times gor one order. Contacted customer service several times who finally yold me to contact credit card company. Credit card company said ****** needed to contact them and let them know that the charges are no longer pending. Very poor customer service, with no results after several emails. Initially they asked me to print out my credit card statement and mail or fax it to them, when they are capable of looking up my account. Refusing this request, I emailed them. This has wasted lots of time and energy. I do a lot of online ordering and this has never happened with any other company. Won't be doing business with them again.Review from June C

I ordered a petite medium pant the item I received was not only not a petite nor was it a medium. I paid $45.12 and just received $22.18 on my return. I feel since the product was not what I ordered the amount is not justified.. I have emailed and called and their reasoning is that is their return policy not to refund mailing charges. Do not intend to shop with this company ever again.Review from Victoria M

I ordered an outfit that they promised I would get for a trip. I talked to different supervisors and one said she would overnight it. No emails or notifications. I tried to cancel the order and they said I couldnt until I returned it. It has been in processing for 1 month. Horrible customer service and terrible everything.*****Review from Janell D

I returned a pair of crop pants for a larger sizenever heard from them again. Fortunately I had the tracking record which I forwarded to them and it showed delivered to their ******, ** office. I was thinking of buying some blouses but seeing the prices so low I thought I would look for the rating of other customers in this business. It's good to review the comments to avoid falling into the hands of these fraudulent businesses. False Advertising On Friday, January 7, 2022, I got an email from Drapers and Damons offering 40% one item of clothing. The offer would expire on January 14, 2022. I clicked on the link the the Drapers website. I popup window appeared stating that the promo code had been added to my shopping cart. I then ordered two items of clothing. When I went to check out, I got the message that that promo code had expired and was no longer valid. I then spent one hour on the phone with their customer service. I finally got a supervisor who honored the promotion code and discount for me. My understanding is that this is false advertising.Review from Pamela C

Do not order from this company. I wish I would have read these reviews first. They do not deliver --said an item was in stock but after 30 days they said it was never in stock!!! A scam!!
